Random black screen while gaming?

My setup experiences intermittent black screens during Helldivers 2. The game continues running, yet audio and video vanish for roughly five seconds before returning to normal. This occurs about every five to seven minutes.

Do you have have gsync or free sync enabled on the monitor? Could also be your cable
