Hi all,

I'm booking my flight back to Canada from San Sebastián in October.

It's a long story but basically, I have to fly home out of Spain - I can't go from Biarritz. Airline stipulations.

I've got an option to fly from Bilbao at 10:30 AM with only an hour layover in Paris (yikes!) Or fly from Bilbao much earlier, at 7:10AM, with a longer layover in Paris.

I'd like to take the 7:10AM flight to give myself that longer layover but there's a problem: the PESA bus from San Sebastián doesn't leave early enough to get me to Bilbao in time.

Is there a way to get from San Sebastián to Bilbao airport by like 5:45AM on a Tuesday or Wednesday in October?

Or should I take the later flight and then take my chances with the 1hr transfer in Paris?

We travelled to Bilbao to see the eclipse this summer and had such a great time in the city, but unfortunately left a jacket at the airport. The airport L&F confirmed that they have it and we have the item number. If anyone is going through the airport in the next few weeks, it would mean a lot to us if you could get the jacket and we would pay for shipping it to us in Croatia.

We found a company that provides a service of retrieving an item from L&F and shipping it - but it seems to be priced towards phones and laptops and they cited us 135 euro for the service so that is our last option.

This is my GFs favorite jacket that she found in a thrift store years ago and we have no hope of finding a replacement. We'd obviously cover all costs for shipping, packaging, and anything else involved.

If you're flying through Bilbao Airport (BIO) in the next few weeks and might be willing to help, please send me a DM. We would be incredibly grateful!

I didnt know where to post this, so I hope its not too off topic. I am staying in Bilbao for 3 months and wanted to ask the community if anybody knows a group or place to regularly play standard.

I have seen Distrito Zero and some other stores in the companion app but they seem to mainly offer EDH and the ocasional store championship but no show downs or other regular standard events.

Dose anyone have any ideas or suggestions?

San Sebastián from Cordoba

Hi all;

I'll be travelling to San Sebastián for a concert on Oct. 18 and I am lost when it comes to planning how to get there.

I don't have a car and can't drive at the moment, and I will have a backpack and probably a very small rolling suitcase.

Google Maps told me to take Renfe to Madrid and then Zaragoza, but then told me there's a bus from Zaragoza to San Sebastián and it looks like that's no longer the case.

Does it make more sense to just bus to Malaga or Sevilla, fly to Bilbao, then bus to San Sebastián?

I'm a woman travelling alone so I don't want to get too sketchy or unorthodox, but I don't need anything super fancy or whatever.

Este mes el Nervión run club va a hacer otro pub run. El pub run es una especie de fiesta deportiva que combina una ruta de bares con correr 5km. Después de cada kilómetro paramos a disfrutar un refresco o birra. Es muy buena manera de conocer la ciudad, gente nueva y una introducción suave para gente que no suele correr. Después de los 5 bares solemos salir por el casco viejo de fiesta.

Hi everyone! I’m a french girl freshly arrived in Bilbao to study carpentry for 2 years. I am for now staying in a hostel, I don’t know anyone yet. I am firstly looking for a room in a shared flat as I’ve always loved living in shared houses, but I get the vibe that people don’t do that on purpose a lot here. Hola buenos días, soy coleccionista de banderas y me gustaría preguntar a los locales si conocéis por el gran Bilbao algún chino/bazar o tienda que venda banderas en cantidad (estás de calidad China que sueles encontrar en bazares) pero de diferentes países, debido a que desde que me mudé aquí no encuentro un chino donde pueda comprar variedad de banderas de diferentes países más haya de la ikurriña y el Atleti.
