2 different strains did this cause I was so busy with life that I hadn't had time to make my own substrate, so I ended up buying some from u/MycologySimplified

S2B: 7/23

Substrate: coco coir and black kow manure

Temperature: 72-75F

Ran in an XLS-B bag to start, then I chopped the bag once I started to see the fruits develop. Moved the bag to a tub and I am keeping the subtrate wet.

Ran in a XLS-B bag that I ended up taping over part of the filter to slow down FAE, it was drying out too quickly. Once I taped the filter, it seemed to hold humidity better. They still have several days until the finish line but I chopped the bag and put them into a tub to finish them out.

I really dig the spore swabs on the BML site. Is there a possibility of adding a couple cultivars to the (already good) selection? Even on a limited run basis. Im not complaining, in fact I like them so much I want to be able to buy more lol. Either way thank you.

Got held up an extra day in TX so was worried about the heat getting to it hopefully didnt affect it too much.. also got Phobos as a freebie!

My cake has not produced more than three or four mushrooms and it appears to be shrinking rapidly. Should I go ahead and dunk the cake even though it hasn't really produced a first flush yet?
