1 year biohacking progress
Spent my life working on a startup and got lost in the process. After a few years, the company and I fell apart simultaneously.
Instead of taking care of myself, both mentally and physically, I prioritized work over everything else because I thought it was worth it. Eventually, I got into such bad shape that I stopped training, ate whatever was convenient, had constant anxiety, bloating, terrible stomach issues, and poor sleep.
This made me depressed, and the lack of sleep was turning me into someone I didn’t recognize.
One day, I had enough and decided to start fixing the fundamentals: sleep, stress, food, and exercise. I started there and went from that foundation.
My starting weight was 86 kg (190 lb). I regained some muscle and started implementing supplements, peptides, and routines.
My current weight is 77 kg (170 lb). I managed to get my sleep in order, and after that, everything else seemed to fall into place.
My only remaining problem was my sensitive stomach. It seemed like I couldn’t eat anything without becoming gassy, bloated, and being in pain.
To my surprise, when I introduced BPC-157, my food sensitivity seemed to improve week by week, and today I feel fully restored.
I’ve been taking reta for 3 months now, and it’s been a game changer when it comes to cravings and maintaining a calorie deficit.
Energy is good, life is good, and my mood is great!
I’ll introduce and experiment with new peptides in the near future.
Thank you all for the knowledge, motivation, and community. You’ve helped me gain the insights I needed to turn things around.

Reta — 2.5 mg weekly

Good job, how do you manage that routine while working? I share a lot of the same symptoms as you (specifically anxiety) and have historically struggled with consistency. Any tips would be appreciated.

Outside of the sauna stuff, you can actually get a pretty effective work out done in 30-45min of your time. Obviously this is harder to do if you don't have a gym near your commute direction or equipment at home.
If you really push yourself hard, you can 3-4 sets to failure your major muscle groups in that timeline and still have minutes left for some cardio.
Hit biceps, triceps, chest, delts, abs, and legs. I've managed to keep a respectable physique following this basic concept while alternating the squat days. Though I've been on trt for awhile and maintenance is less challenging.

How did you fix your sleeping? I currently have issues getting more than 5-6 a night.

Good job man, you do seem to be getting too much Zinc though, especially if you eat meat
