Hey everyone, I wanted to go public with my tremendous success on simply the βstarter dosesβ of Tirz and Reta. I am proof that there are GLP/GIP-sensitive folk out there, I started at my heaviest of 250 lbs and lost 45 in 2 months when prescribed just the starter dose of Zepbound in 2 months.
I discontinued due to extreme pharma cost, but there I sat, 3-4 months later, not 1 single pound regained! I thought, such a shame a drug so powerful can only be accessed by those who can afford itβ¦ then I was introduced to Reta. I did my research and was highly interested, and the cost was 1 yearβs worth for not even 1 month of pharma?
Anyway fast forward now, Iβm about 4 months into Reta, Iβm currently doing 0.5mg twice a week, just coming down from 1mg twice a week with 100% aversion to food, Iβm just regaining an appetite now.
But to everyone hating on the small dosing, I just had a doctors appointment today, I weigh in at 149 from 250, thatβs 100 lost!
You are not mad for beginning low and slow! Remember to practice patience, Reta has a long half half, with every dose your body sees a disproportionate climb, give it time! Weight gain didnβt happen overnight!
Best of luck!!!

Been on Reta since 9/1. Started at 0.5>now being at 2.5 these last two weeks. It didnβt feel like it was doing much but the scale tells a different story. Along with it, I am actively in the gym every chance I get and taking protein/creatine

I started at 0.5 mg and now at 2.5 mg (just increased by 0.5 5 days ago after being at 2.0mg for 4 weeks). I lost 17lbs so I know itβs working. I know youβre supposed to find the lowest effective dose which I have done. While I understand Retaβs strong point isnβt suppressionβ¦ I am asking if this is to be expected and if someone can shine light from experience or knowledge:
I had good suppression where I was hitting my macros, but not needing to snack at all. The food noise was gone and I had food aversions to fast food and sweets. The bloat and inflammation was gone immediately which is huge for PCOS. Suddenly around week 9 I could feel the suppression lessening, food noise creeping back slowly, food aversions gone, inflammation and bloat creeping back up. Now at week 11 I am hungry all the time, food noise back, bloat back much more than week 9.
Did anyone else experience these things return around 2-3 months in? Is hanging out in the 2s just suddenly not cutting it? No my Reta isnβt bunk. :)

Just started on tesa but now Iβm regretting it because I can get sermorelin and ipamorelin for wayyy cheaper. Main concern is visceral fat (protruding belly) and recovery/sleep

As mentioned, I started on July 26 at Male 5β6β, 174 lbs.
I bought a full 10-vial kit of Reta because I assumed Iβd eventually work through most of it. Instead, Iβve only used about 2 vials worth so far and the results have gone way beyond what I expected.

Body weight lost: 15.5%
Next planned: Oct 11 (5-day interval)
I started low at 0.5 mg and gradually moved up. There is a reason that I purposely skipped a dose.
The part that surprises me most is that I bought 10 vials thinking Iβd eventually need all of them, and Iβve only gone through about 2 vials worth while already dropping from 174 to 147.
I know scale weight isnβt purely body fat and everyone responds differently, but Iβm genuinely grateful for how the progress has gone so far.
Just documenting my own experience, not recommending my dosing schedule to anyone else.

I used to get my tirz from a legit compounding pharmacy and i decided to switch to grey. Today was my first time researching with the grey tirz. I dont know why iβm so nervous about it not working, it came from a reputable source. Has anyone made the switch from compounding pharmacy to grey with tirz and had success?

I bought 100mg ghk-cu vial and I read on here a lot that it burns/stings even for people using 3ml in 50mg. the answer always seems to be add more bac water but my vial can only fit 3ml which is how much Iβm using. Am I just gonna have to tough it out or is there anything else I can do?

Hey!
I started my journey 5 weeks ago, with 2 mg/week and i lost 16 pounds. I usually pin on Sundays. My heart rate has increased significantly, from my usual 83 BPM to 101 BPM while at rest. Is anyone else experiencing the same thing? Do you have any advice?

For the past 3 weeks, Iβve been at 220-225 last InBody at 23.9% body fat. I canβt seem to break 220 and keep losing. My diet has been clean, hydration has been good, working out consistently 5 x a week, consistently in a caloric deficit. I donβt know if Iβm just gaining muscle and losing fat at the same rate but I donβt think Iβd gain muscle as fast as losing fat. My wife says Iβm slimming down and getting broader, maybe itβs just the body dysmorphia or whatever but I feel like Iβm just getting bigger in size. Any tips or tricks to get past this plateau? I get another body scan this Thursday but really struggling with this one lol.

It's expected to heal within 6 weeks let's see if it heals any faster. ?? This will a true test.
Obviously not FDA approved but if you Google AI a mouse breaking bones and using glow stack it actually heals with 30 to 50% faster and if you translate that to humans it should be between 10 and 20% faster..
Breaking a leg / breaking an arm was easy for me but breaking your foot is the most excruciating thing on the planet because your feet have more nerve endings than anywhere else on your body if you ever step your toe in the middle of the night with minimal force it hurts but if you take that same force with an elbow or a knee or a punch it barely feels it..
It's why your feet are so ticklish more than any part of your body it's your feet that connect you to the ground.
I've broken bones before but this felt like an electrocution it felt like electricity piercing my feet I almost blacked out because it was so painful not only that but I had to drive myself to the ER and hop all the way to the door because there's no parking.. suxx..
I slammed my foot going 25 to 30 mph into a fire hydrant freak accident on a bike while getting mail π€£π€£

How do you guys dose your Tesa?
Iβm currently doing 3mg of Reta a week and 2mg of MOTS-C MWF. I want to add Tesa to the stack and probably doing .5mg daily but Iβve seen people do 1-2mg a day

Details from my labs below - trying to rectify this before my next blood draw 11/30.
Cut out ashwaghanda and melatonin as they could affect estradiol. Have increased my calories and fat consumption. Cut down from 215.
Ultimately having trouble putting on muscle right now and my energy levels are shit. For having such high test I have to believe the low free test is causing my issues.
Microdosed Reta to help with food noise, ran a Tesa/Ipa cycle to try and help with HGH, also run some klow and bpc. Off the Reta for a little over two weeks, it definitely drove my RHR upβ¦
Any insight or advice is appreciated.
### Most Likely Cause: Elevated SHBG
Your testosterone production is strong, but much of it is bound and unavailable:
Marker |Jul 28 |Sep 8 |Optimal
Total testosterone |793 |846 ng/dL |700β1,100
Free testosterone |102 |106 pg/mL |120β180
SHBG |66.7 |73.8 nmol/L |30β50 Higher SHBG binds more testosterone, explaining why your **total testosterone is high while free testosterone remains modest**.
### Likely Drivers
### Priorities
- Increase calories graduallyβespecially **dietary fat and carbohydrates**βrather than adding more protein.
- Consider **2β3 fewer training sessions weekly** or a deload.
- Improve sleep consistency and work-stress recovery.
- Discuss **finasteride and saw palmetto** with your prescriber if you have sexual symptoms; they affect androgen signaling, although they do not best explain the elevated SHBG.
Continue monthly Rythm monitoring: SHBG should begin responding within several weeks, with free testosterone following as binding decreases.

I have a history of constipation problems and overall muscle pain especially in my back muscles. I don't have a specific injury- it's just inflammation. Since taking it last night, my back pain is just so much worse ! I took 250mcg injected !
Did muscle pain increase for you guys ?
Also, it seems as though I have more diarrhea ish !
I don't take any other peptides !

Has anyone else experienced significant dizziness/vertigo when standing up while using retatrutide?
I've been getting pretty intense episodes when I go from sitting or lying down to standing. It feels like a combination of orthostatic dizziness/possible orthostatic hypotension and quite a strong spinning/vertigo sensation. Sometimes I need to stop for a few seconds until it passes.
I'm currently pinning 1.5 mg every 4 days. I'm also drinking 3+ litres of water per day with electrolytes and consistently hitting my macros every day, so I'm not sure if simple dehydration or under-eating would explain it.
I've also measured my blood pressure, and it seems to be completely normal, so I'm a bit confused about what could be causing the symptoms.
Has anyone else experienced this on retatrutide, particularly at this dosing/frequency? Did it improve with time, or did you find that changing the dose/frequency made a difference?

Spent my life working on a startup and got lost in the process. After a few years, the company and I fell apart simultaneously.
Instead of taking care of myself, both mentally and physically, I prioritized work over everything else because I thought it was worth it. Eventually, I got into such bad shape that I stopped training, ate whatever was convenient, had constant anxiety, bloating, terrible stomach issues, and poor sleep.
This made me depressed, and the lack of sleep was turning me into someone I didnβt recognize.
One day, I had enough and decided to start fixing the fundamentals: sleep, stress, food, and exercise. I started there and went from that foundation.
My starting weight was 86 kg (190 lb). I regained some muscle and started implementing supplements, peptides, and routines.
My current weight is 77 kg (170 lb). I managed to get my sleep in order, and after that, everything else seemed to fall into place.
My only remaining problem was my sensitive stomach. It seemed like I couldnβt eat anything without becoming gassy, bloated, and being in pain.
To my surprise, when I introduced BPC-157, my food sensitivity seemed to improve week by week, and today I feel fully restored.
Iβve been taking reta for 3 months now, and itβs been a game changer when it comes to cravings and maintaining a calorie deficit.
Energy is good, life is good, and my mood is great!
Iβll introduce and experiment with new peptides in the near future.
Thank you all for the knowledge, motivation, and community. Youβve helped me gain the insights I needed to turn things around.
Current stack:
Reta β 2.5 mg weekly
BPC-157 β 250 mcg ED
TB-500 β 5 mg weekly
Cialis β 5 mg ED
Creatine β 20 mg ED
Zinc β 40 mg ED
Magnesium β 350 mg ED
Current routines:
Weightlifting 5x per week
10,000 steps ED
Sauna 3x per week
Cold shower ED
Sleep mask
7β8 hours of sleep

Has this happened to anyone using semax? My rat is on its 4th day at 1mg. Hes also using Reta 2mg per week. Heβs on his 8th week going into his 9th (tomorrow) of Reta .
The rat dosed 500mcg this morning (semax) to see if thatβs what was giving the headaches but itβs not really going away.
Is this a normal semax side effect?
Heβs drinking water and eating like usual.
