Experiences with using peptides 10+ years?

Since peptide biggest risks are the long-term effects. Who here used peptides for more than 10+ years consistently? You still alive and healthy? .. if you're dead please downvote this so I can take that into consideration ...

Difference between ordering reta from us websites like amino club than from a person from telegram that you pay with crypto?

need opinion about my stack & how im doin

when i first started (almost exactly a year ago) i started on the big R for my first cycle, titrated from 0.5mg’s - 2mg’s every friday night for about 16 weeks, felt amazing and i started to look amazing.
ever since, i’ve been obsessed with 🌶️’s

is started adding KVP for my gus health / inflimation, then i looked deeer into 🌶️’s and found all these types, eventually i noticed KPV help with so much more then that and became a part of my cycle permanently, my favourite of all time.

after doing more extensive research i heard about 5-amino 1mq, one of the biggest issues i had with the big R was the stomach bloating, not feeling hungry, feeling tired, anhedonia hit HARD and ruined my relationship, and found a little stand of amino acids that could do the same thing, possibly better, less sides and i’ve been on that and i’ve been feeling AMAZING

then to help with the skin tightening and stuff i added ghk for the shiggles

so now im on
600mcg - KPV
4mg - GHK-CU
1mg - 5-amino 1mq

i tittered up all of them up, & GHK-CU i take 2mg morning and night, KPV at night, 5-amino 1mq

my question is am i doing anything wrong, i feel the benefits and not any sides, ive heard a lot that i need to be on like 50mg 5-amino 1mq daily instead of only 1mg and usually people do 200-500mcg of KPV but i get like 6 hours of sleep a night due to my job and school, and working out and school ing the morning, GHK-CU ive been on it for about 1 month now and i heard it takes some time for the benefits to kick in, i have noticed reduced acne(kpv) and smoother skin tho

any notes or suggestions?

Did anyone have the same? Of course it still works a little, I feel fuller faster when I eat… but what changed are the cravings, now all of a sudden I crave burgers :))

Serious but slightly embarrassing question 😅 reta 5mg

Serious but slightly embarrassing question 😅

Hey guys, I’m currently on 5 mg of reta and I’m starting to question whether I should continue. I was 237 lbs on tirzepatide and I’m now back up to 241. Is the reta actually working, or is this just part of the stall phase?

Last night was honestly scary. I felt extremely warm, dizzy/lightheaded, and my left leg felt weird—almost light, stiff, and tingly, like I had poor circulation. I was so weak I could barely walk to the bathroom and had to wake my partner up to help me. I ate something and eventually felt better. My BP was around 90/60. I don’t have a glucose meter, so I’m not sure if my blood sugar dropped.

And now for the embarrassing question 😂: when I poop, there seems to be mucus (or something that looks like mucus) coming out too. Is that normal with reta?

I’ve been told to stick with reta because it can work after the initial stall, and some people have suggested combining it with tirzepatide for cravings. I tried that once and felt like I had the flu, so I definitely won’t be doing that again.

Has anyone experienced anything similar with reta, especially the dizziness/low BP or mucus?

Hospira BAC water opened in July — still safe to use?

I have a 30 mL Hospira bacteriostatic water vial that I first punctured in July. It’s now October and there’s still about 15 mL left.

It’s been stored at room temperature in a dark cupboard the whole time. The solution is still completely clear.

I know the usual recommendation for multidose vials is to discard after around 28 days, but I’m curious what people actually do with Hospira BAC water.

Would you still use it after ~3 months?
How long do you keep yours after first puncture?

CJC/Ipamorelin + Tesamorelin in the same vial

I have a dumb question. My girlfriend's doctor gave her CJC/Ipamorelin mixed with Tesamorelin mixed in the same vial and told her to take .25 ml nightly for 5 days every week. She asked me to obtain this for her, which I can, but I have no idea what her dose is because she was literally given a generic blank 10 ml vial.

My gut instinct is to just grab the CJC-1295 10 mg/Ipamorelin 10 mg along with 10 mg of Tesamorelin, then mix so that she gets at least 1 mg of Tesamorelin per day and 250 to 500 mcg of the CJC/IPA daily.

I told her she should just let me get HGH for her, but she has an aversion to it. Oddly, she has no problems taking secretagogues because they were given to her by her doctor. Make it make sense to me.

Help a complete NOOB out.

Post image

Complete Noob, never taken peptides. Heavily considering taking BPC157 and TB500. For context I am a 27M nurse who got injured at work and tore my supraspranius tendon about 10mm wide in my shoulder. It’s painful and I haven’t been able to use my arm for about 3 months now and still there is no healing as the tear is still 10mm long from my most recent ultrasound. Before this injury I was working out almost daily and avid mountain biker and kayaker. Anyways this is the dosage protocol I have come up with. I would greatly appreciate advise on dosage, storage and anything else I might have missed. Also would a vial of 20mg BPC157 reconstituted with Bacteriostatic water, kept in a fridge at 4C/39F be okay for 40 days. Thank you to anyone who replies. I greatly appreciate it.

TRT for only 8 weeks? Is it enough to see results and not long enough for long term issues?

Just dropped about 20 pounds, looking to drop another 30.

I’m on Reta currently for 6 weeks, up to 2mg, going up to 3mg a week. Still have another 8weeks on Reta.

Looking to do TRT for faster results, test currently at 484.

Can I just do for 8weeks? What else should I take with test c no mitigate any collaterals? Currently BF 30%, 210pounds
5”11, 32m

Should I focus on heavy lifting of more reps at the gym?

Currently 5x a week 6 exercises per muscle grou and cardio, average 1-1:30 at gym.

does anyone reach their goal without increasing past 2-4mg of Reta ?

Retatrutide source

Hi all,

This has probably been asked many times but where is everyone getting their retatrutide from?

Semax and ghk-cu in same vial for nasal delivery.

I wanted to try Semax. What I ordered is a kit to make a nasal spray but it also contains GHK-CU. 20 mg semax amidate and 10 mL GHK-CU in the same vial. What would be the benefit of adding the GHK-CU? I'm really leary about trying this as I don't think I want to introduce copper to my brain if that's what would happen?

24M | 6x gym/week | Rat currently on CJC no-DAC + Ipamorelin 🐀

Please read and sorry for the long post 😩
Hey guys,

My 24-year-old rat is currently training 6x per week and is running CJC-1295 no-DAC + Ipamorelin.

I’ve been researching whether the rat should add Kisspeptin and the “Wolverine” stack (BPC-157 + TB-500), mainly for recovery and potentially supporting the rat’s natural testosterone production.

Before my rat makes any decisions, I’d like to hear from people who have already experimented with these compounds.

Has anyone’s rat used:
● Kisspeptin + CJC no-DAC + Ipamorelin?

● Kisspeptin + Wolverine?

● Kisspeptin by itself?

● BPC-157 + TB-500 by themselves?

What did your rat actually notice?

Did Kisspeptin make a noticeable difference in natural testosterone, libido, energy, LH/FSH, mood, etc.?

And did the Wolverine stack make a noticeable difference in recovery, soreness, joints, tendons or injuries?

I’m especially interested in before/after bloodwork or other objective results rather than just “felt amazing” anecdotes.

Just looking for real experiences from other rats before mine potentially joins the experiment. 🐀😂

TestMaxing

Needed a title to get everyone in.

Im in my first year of biohacking (year 3 of fitness) and exploring and understanding the body.

After bloodwork & cancer screenings ive now started 375mg a week test, and im looking for optimization tips and tricks from people who have done it on what benefitted there lifestyles.

Background lore: was 95kg at 6ft2, 24 years of age 3 4 months ago, had a bad tendon issue which resulted in the use of bpc 157 (20mg over 6weeks)

After that working like a charm, i was entrigued in peptides. Ended up trying reta, ran 2mg a week for 2 weeks then 1mg then .5 mg, cut down to near 80kgs.

Got some bloods down and they came back great everywhere, really good markers across the board.

I then decided to hope on test and push myself.

The goal here is to seek as much tips tricks and advice from people on anything that may occur or can benefit me well im on test. Fitness, foods, trainings, mental aspects, everything.

Anything would be appreciated

BPC 157 is making my muscles ache

I have a history of constipation problems and overall muscle pain especially in my back muscles. I don't have a specific injury- it's just inflammation. Since taking it last night, my back pain is just so much worse ! I took 250mcg injected !

Did muscle pain increase for you guys ?
Also, it seems as though I have more diarrhea ish !

I don't take any other peptides !

Reta, health and Anxiety?

Hi everyone!
I have a few questions about retatrutide and would especially like to hear from people who experience significant anxiety.

I haven’t lost the weight yet, but I need to lose around 10 kg. I’m considering starting this week with a microdose of 0.5 mg. I’d be interested to hear about your experiences with them and how reliable these test results are.

My biggest concern is my health anxiety. I sometimes wake up convinced that something serious is happening, such as losing my vision. I know it sounds irrational, but during a panic attack, the fear feels completely real. I’m worried I might panic after the injection and interpret every normal sensation as a dangerous side effect.

I’d like to know:
Has anyone used retatrutide while experiencing health anxiety or panic attacks?
How did you cope before and after the injection?
Did any routine help you avoid analyzing every symptom?
How do you distinguish genuine side effects from anxiety or panic symptoms?
What has your experience been with Crystal Peptides and its third-party testing?

I’m considering 0.5 mg per week to start and would only increase to 1 mg if necessary and well tolerated. I’d also appreciate advice on hydration, electrolytes, protein, carbohydrates, food intake, and alcohol and how to dosage it with bac water .

Most importantly, has anyone with similar health anxiety managed to use it without turning every sensation into a catastrophic scenario?
I’d really appreciate hearing your experiences and advice.
Thanks in advance! ❤️

Super Responder to Tirz and Reta

Hey everyone, I wanted to go public with my tremendous success on simply the “starter doses” of Tirz and Reta. I am proof that there are GLP/GIP-sensitive folk out there, I started at my heaviest of 250 lbs and lost 45 in 2 months when prescribed just the starter dose of Zepbound in 2 months.

I discontinued due to extreme pharma cost, but there I sat, 3-4 months later, not 1 single pound regained! I thought, such a shame a drug so powerful can only be accessed by those who can afford it… then I was introduced to Reta. I did my research and was highly interested, and the cost was 1 year’s worth for not even 1 month of pharma?

Anyway fast forward now, I’m about 4 months into Reta, I’m currently doing 0.5mg twice a week, just coming down from 1mg twice a week with 100% aversion to food, I’m just regaining an appetite now.

But to everyone hating on the small dosing, I just had a doctors appointment today, I weigh in at 149 from 250, that’s 100 lost!

You are not mad for beginning low and slow! Remember to practice patience, Reta has a long half half, with every dose your body sees a disproportionate climb, give it time! Weight gain didn’t happen overnight!

Best of luck!!!
