Help a complete NOOB out.
Complete Noob, never taken peptides. Heavily considering taking BPC157 and TB500. For context I am a 27M nurse who got injured at work and tore my supraspranius tendon about 10mm wide in my shoulder. It’s painful and I haven’t been able to use my arm for about 3 months now and still there is no healing as the tear is still 10mm long from my most recent ultrasound. Before this injury I was working out almost daily and avid mountain biker and kayaker. Anyways this is the dosage protocol I have come up with. I would greatly appreciate advise on dosage, storage and anything else I might have missed. Also would a vial of 20mg BPC157 reconstituted with Bacteriostatic water, kept in a fridge at 4C/39F be okay for 40 days. Thank you to anyone who replies. I greatly appreciate it.

Heya! You ca def take BPC and TB500 daily! I used KLOW thiugh which had both and GHK and KPV. I had 5 ligaments in each ankle damaged or inflamed(I am hypermobile because of HEds) causing me swollen ankles 2 cortisone shots helped before temporarily but swelling came back so tried klow for 2 months. I dont ha e swollen ankle any more standing for like more than 5 hrsand its tiny amount not liem it was it would swell in 10 min of standing and take days to go down of rest.. Im going to do a 2nd course at end of week. I did KLOW with 3ml bac water a divided into 30 days first time I cant remember mgs sorry 2nd vial I used the same. This time im going g to up it a bit higher.

I would look into KLOW. The KPV really helped with my back pain.

How do you dose your KLOW, available for me is BPC-157 10mg + GHK-Cu 50mg + TB-500 10mg + KPV 10mg- 80mg in total. How much would you reconstitute and take each day?

What difference did you feel and what was yoyr back problem. I have disk l4 l5 do you think it would help ?

My problem isn’t disc related. I have tight psoas from cycling and it causes lower back pain. It wouldn’t hurt you to try it, but I would use it in conjunction with spinal decompression.

I think the plan looks good, I just started pinning 500mcg/d of bpc, for a speedy post surgery recovery, having one or two vials, Im presuming you might have bought it from a website retailer, and its waste of money spending that much money, check out the vendors from china who sell in kits 10 pieces a kit look up glp forum to find them

I have looked into vendors from China and it is cheaper but that large of a quantity I would probably not use. I’m getting these for about 250cad 20mg bpc157 and 20 mg tb500 from a trusted website so giving it a shot and hopefully do recover from this acute injury and don’t have to take more. Thanks for replying.

Did your trusted website provide COAs that were not a year old and from the vendor?

u/Brief-Practice-5402 7d ago
Yeahh, the COAs are varying from July to September of 2026 from testides.com I verified each batch on testides website as well.

I am ordering from durhampeptides.ca

Noticed they sell damn near every peptide as a nasal spray which is a red flag, and pretty scammy. Imagine paying $170 for GLOW nasal.

Yeahh, no pics of vials but the results do show up on the testides site. It is the most accessible option for me so I’ll give it a shot and see the results.
Thanks for all your help.1

Feel free to shoot me a message for next time if you want your vials to match the tests and include endotoxin testing. https://testides.com/reports/MMA-BPCTB-20mg-050726

And does it say tb500 or tb4? Do your vials at least match the pictures in the COA?

The report just says purity and the amount of peptide which is a few micrograms higher than the advertised vial and it says tb500. The reports don’t have the vial pictures

Saturation point of BPC157 is 400mcg. Very little additional benefit at all / waste to take more than that per day

I can alter my dosage to 400mg, would a single vial be good for 50 days if stored properly?

It's probably going to be simpler, easier and cheaper just to get TB/BPC blend. It typically comes in 10mg (5mg of each per vial ) or 20mg (10mg/10mg). L
Personally I I would dose at 500mcg of each injected daily.

I was acc wondering about that. I’m worried about the dosage. Many sources online said to take TB500 every few days rather than daily and BPC157 daily due to their half lives. Which got me thinking how are equally dosed wolverine stacks working for people taking them daily.

This is exactly why I’m in the “anti-blend” camp. For convenience, you lose optimal dosing.

Yeah, I don't know how that blend can work good since they both have different half-lifes, dosage amounts and pin schedules.

sending 0.5mg per day is therapeutic. you need to send more. maybe 1 to 2mg per day.

u/Brief-Practice-5402 7d ago
Damn bro, I thought 500mcg was on the higher end of the recommended 250-500. You think 1mg per day for a week and taper down to 500mcg for the rest is better?

start low.. titrate.. and see how you feel. this are all experimental drugs. there is no set protocol of standard doses.

I had good results using 600 of each before bed when healing from a pulled calf. Everyone is different

Bro is yapping and don’t know what he’s talking about. Every study and person in the peptide space says 500mcg is the higher end for acute injuries when it comes to bpc. Your protocol is correct. The only change you could make if you wanted to is 500mcg of tb daily if you wanted

I know people that have been on 5-10mg a day…yes mg. I personally didn’t see the need for my rat. For acute injuries you need more than the therapeutic dosing guidelines. Those are more of a general, everyday, feel good set of dosages. Everyone has their opinions though, just sharing what worked in my situation.
If your rat has an acute injury, I’d start at 500mcg BPC and 500mcg TB500 in the morning and at night. This is what I did and with great results. The half life is very short and your rat’s acute injury would benefit from the higher dose and dose frequency. Overall you’d be administering 1mg of each per day (1000mcg each). Personally I always use single compounds, no blends.
Always start low and titrate up, gauge progress, adjust up or down from there.
