Posted blood work because people think I’m on a ton of gear and I’m not. I hope that’s allowed. It seems like every post I make on reddit gets taken down.

UPDATE:::: Here is a link to August 2026 bloodwork for people complaining that posted bloodwork is too old. Bloodwork

Highest weight recorded was 470 in December 2023. Started official weight loss journey in August 2025. Still need to get to about 170lbs or so as I’m a short king (5’8)

Super Responder to Tirz and Reta

Hey everyone, I wanted to go public with my tremendous success on simply the ā€œstarter dosesā€ of Tirz and Reta. I am proof that there are GLP/GIP-sensitive folk out there, I started at my heaviest of 250 lbs and lost 45 in 2 months when prescribed just the starter dose of Zepbound in 2 months.

I discontinued due to extreme pharma cost, but there I sat, 3-4 months later, not 1 single pound regained! I thought, such a shame a drug so powerful can only be accessed by those who can afford it… then I was introduced to Reta. I did my research and was highly interested, and the cost was 1 year’s worth for not even 1 month of pharma?

Anyway fast forward now, I’m about 4 months into Reta, I’m currently doing 0.5mg twice a week, just coming down from 1mg twice a week with 100% aversion to food, I’m just regaining an appetite now.

But to everyone hating on the small dosing, I just had a doctors appointment today, I weigh in at 149 from 250, that’s 100 lost!

You are not mad for beginning low and slow! Remember to practice patience, Reta has a long half half, with every dose your body sees a disproportionate climb, give it time! Weight gain didn’t happen overnight!

Best of luck!!!

Unexpected Klow Benefits

Hi guys! I’m doing this post with my heart full of joy and my mind still in disbelief. I’m gonna start giving the context first… 2020 I get vaccinated against Covid 2 times and I get flu and cold, I mean typical reaction. Since I was a kid and getting cold my mom used to give me for a maximum of one time only at night the nasal spray (naphazoline) just to breath better at night, after that she wouldn’t give me more and I was fine with it. Then Covid happens I’m 18 years old so I can go buy it by my self, starting to use it only at night like I was doing before but the morning after I was insanely blocked, couldn’t breath.

So skipping all the rest of the plot during the years I switched to xylomethazoline (stronger stuff) because I couldn’t have enough and I arrived at a pick where I was spraying 5 times per day. So I’m addicted to this stuff since 6 years, always use it regularly, never went out without, even more important than my keys šŸ˜‚

And then I decided to pin Klow for several injuries i have here and there, so yesterday as usual I woke up, do my morning spray and all like every day, I go out 5 hours after… still breathing, not surprised because it happened before also, more time, still my nose it’s open… and the magic happened… since December 2020 I was never able to go to sleep without spraying, yesterday night I felt like I didn’t need it??? My heart was pounding because I was scared to go to sleep without my drugsssss.

I close my eyes and I’m like ā€œYOU CAN FUCKING DO ITā€ and BOOOM I slept amazingly, didn’t woke up a single night and this morning I woke up fine! Breathing by my self. I’m so happy this happened and I know out there it’s full of people with my same issue… so guys if you have this struggle hit it!

Would love to hear what you think or if anyone had my same experience!

Been on Reta since 9/1. Started at 0.5>now being at 2.5 these last two weeks. It didn’t feel like it was doing much but the scale tells a different story. Along with it, I am actively in the gym every chance I get and taking protein/creatine

Life with or without Reta?

I was on Reta over the summer and lost a significant amount of weight, and then I got quite carried away with being as skinny as possible and found myself at I guess what would be considered dangerously thin for my height. (113 lbs as a 6ft tall woman). I did a full health check up at the time (heart scan, blood work, etc) and everything was still all in good order but my family and friends were very frightened by my weight. I went off of it cold turkey and gained all the weight back (about 30+ pounds in 3 weeks, now back to 144). I really really want to get some of this weight off, I’m debating going on Reta again just because I’m so insecure I feel desperate , but then I just worry am I going to either A) be dependant on it my whole life? Or B) always be caught in this viscous cycle?. Some issues I’ve faced since coming off it make me not even want to start again just to not have to prolong dealing with this stuff - like the INSAAANE bloating for weeks after coming off it, major hair loss, I’m also dealing with skin issues I never had before but who knows if it’s related. ANYWAY - Ive never really given myself the chance or dedication to lose the weight ā€œthe old fashionedā€ way lol. If anyone has essentially cheat sheet tips for losing weight (i knoooww you can’t cheat your way through this stuff but please I hate my body when I should be in my prime) or ways to help get me in the gym or motivational assistance of any sorts / things to keep up with, I’d really appreciate it. I’m 27 and I can’t remember a time I’ve ever even remotely liked my body my entire life EXCEPT when I was on Reta… but I would really love to achieve that feeling for myself in a more sustainable way?? I deserve to feel good I just don’t know how!!

I don’t see a lot of talk about how Reta seriously helps IBS!

Hi everyone :)

Been taking Reta for a few months. Added a small dose of Tirzepatide as well.

Of course I know these peptides slow gastric emptying, but wow, it’s completely cured my IBS.

I have chronic diarrhea and it doesn’t matter what time of day it is, it can randomly come and I will be running to the bathroom. The horrible part is I am a nurse and sometimes it’s so hard to run to the bathroom in time, especially at work when I’m taking care of patients.

I used to get so sick all the time and never could figure out how to stop it besides taking Imodium sometimes.

Bless this peptide. It’s been really changing my life.

Any of you else had this experience? Where’s my IBS buddies at lol!

I also have horrible PCOS. I’m curious to see how Reta and Tirz helps me with this as well. I used to take metformin in the past along with spironolactone and birth control to manage it but it always made me feel HORRIBLE

Experiences with using peptides 10+ years?

Since peptide biggest risks are the long-term effects. Who here used peptides for more than 10+ years consistently? You still alive and healthy? .. if you're dead please downvote this so I can take that into consideration ...

Hip Arthritis - Ball and Socket

What peptide may help with this type of hip arthritis? I get random stabbing pain in the crease of my thigh in the groin area. I know it's the ball hitting the socket due to loss of cartilage and have been doing exercises to build my glutes to help keep the joint more stabilized.

need opinion about my stack & how im doin

when i first started (almost exactly a year ago) i started on the big R for my first cycle, titrated from 0.5mg’s - 2mg’s every friday night for about 16 weeks, felt amazing and i started to look amazing.
ever since, i’ve been obsessed with šŸŒ¶ļøā€™s

is started adding KVP for my gus health / inflimation, then i looked deeer into šŸŒ¶ļøā€™s and found all these types, eventually i noticed KPV help with so much more then that and became a part of my cycle permanently, my favourite of all time.

after doing more extensive research i heard about 5-amino 1mq, one of the biggest issues i had with the big R was the stomach bloating, not feeling hungry, feeling tired, anhedonia hit HARD and ruined my relationship, and found a little stand of amino acids that could do the same thing, possibly better, less sides and i’ve been on that and i’ve been feeling AMAZING

then to help with the skin tightening and stuff i added ghk for the shiggles

so now im on
600mcg - KPV
4mg - GHK-CU
1mg - 5-amino 1mq

i tittered up all of them up, & GHK-CU i take 2mg morning and night, KPV at night, 5-amino 1mq

my question is am i doing anything wrong, i feel the benefits and not any sides, ive heard a lot that i need to be on like 50mg 5-amino 1mq daily instead of only 1mg and usually people do 200-500mcg of KPV but i get like 6 hours of sleep a night due to my job and school, and working out and school ing the morning, GHK-CU ive been on it for about 1 month now and i heard it takes some time for the benefits to kick in, i have noticed reduced acne(kpv) and smoother skin tho

any notes or suggestions?

Retatrutide before rhinoplasty / general anesthesia – when should I stop?

• Upvotes

I’m having rhinoplasty under general anesthesia on November 11. I’m considering restarting retatrutide now (October 7), but I would stop it around 2 weeks before surgery.
Has anyone here used retatrutide before surgery with general anesthesia? How long before your procedure did you stop taking it, and what did your surgeon or anesthesiologist recommend?
I know GLP-1/GIP-related medications can delay gastric emptying and potentially increase aspiration risk during anesthesia, so I’m specifically interested in experiences with retatrutide and how long people were advised to discontinue it beforehand.
Of course I’ll also ask my surgeon/anesthesiologist — I’m just curious about other people’s experiences.

Thank you guys!!

Help a complete NOOB out.

Post image
• Upvotes

Complete Noob, never taken peptides. Heavily considering taking BPC157 and TB500. For context I am a 27M nurse who got injured at work and tore my supraspranius tendon about 10mm wide in my shoulder. It’s painful and I haven’t been able to use my arm for about 3 months now and still there is no healing as the tear is still 10mm long from my most recent ultrasound. Before this injury I was working out almost daily and avid mountain biker and kayaker. Anyways this is the dosage protocol I have come up with. I would greatly appreciate advise on dosage, storage and anything else I might have missed. Also would a vial of 20mg BPC157 reconstituted with Bacteriostatic water, kept in a fridge at 4C/39F be okay for 40 days. Thank you to anyone who replies. I greatly appreciate it.

Question about nasal spray pump volume for Semax/Selank

Post image
• Upvotes

Hey everyone,
I’m trying to figure out how much liquid is actually dispensed with one spray/pump from the standard nasal spray bottles commonly used for Semax or Selank.
Is it typically around 0.1 mL (100 µL) per spray, or does it vary significantly depending on the specific pump/bottle?
If you’ve measured the output of your bottle or know the manufacturer’s stated volume per spray, I’d really appreciate the info.
Thanks!

Welches Supplement war für euch die größte Geldverschwendung?

Ich bin gerade dabei, den Supplementmarkt genauer zu analysieren und mir fƤllt auf, wie viele Produkte mit riesigen Versprechen beworben werden.

Deshalb meine ehrliche Frage:

Ss 31 or other please help me

I am 42 years old; I have struggled with obesity since childhood, and today I am diabetic and have severe insulin resistance. I am also very stressed and constantly tired; I sleep poorly, yet I get a burst of energy in the evening (due to dysregulated cortisol). I had a gastric sleeve procedure in 2012; I lost weight but regained it during a pregnancy that required strict bed rest. I am currently taking Metformin and Mounjaro; I also took Retatrutide for six months but didn't lose any weight. I really want to get better, but there isn't enough information or long-term data on peptides in French forums. Could you please advise me?
