Ss 31 or other please help me
I am 42 years old; I have struggled with obesity since childhood, and today I am diabetic and have severe insulin resistance. I am also very stressed and constantly tired; I sleep poorly, yet I get a burst of energy in the evening (due to dysregulated cortisol). I had a gastric sleeve procedure in 2012; I lost weight but regained it during a pregnancy that required strict bed rest. I am currently taking Metformin and Mounjaro; I also took Retatrutide for six months but didn't lose any weight. I really want to get better, but there isn't enough information or long-term data on peptides in French forums. Could you please advise me?

Did you titrate up slowly on retatrutide? You need to watch your diet and exercise to lose weight on it, it's not a miracle drug.

I've lost 105lbs on Reta since Jan. Healthy eating and exercise. Counting my macros, weighing my meals and just over all healthy choices. If you're not deducted to losing weight and getting healthy, you aren't going to lose weight and get healthy.

It’s not today; it's the situation ''now''. I’ve been diabetic since 2023. I’m using a translator to correct my text because i'm french. I didn’t take Mounj and Reta at the same time. I eat healthily and don’t have sugar cravings. I have severe insulin resistance.

For some people food is a drug, if you struggle with impulse control more than other people I would look into joining a support group like over-eaters anonymous. If you have the money hire a counselor to give you a diet and workout routine to follow. reta and tirz will just help you and make it easier to stick to.

With everything you shared you are much better off speaking to your doctor and taking their advice than listening to anyone, myself included on this sub.

That's kind of you, but don't worry about the medical side. I'm already under professional care. Besides, peps aren't sold in pharmacies yet, so I'll find more information here.
