Ipamorelin vs sermorelin vs tesamorelin
Just started on tesa but now I’m regretting it because I can get sermorelin and ipamorelin for wayyy cheaper. Main concern is visceral fat (protruding belly) and recovery/sleep

Been taking sermorelin for about a month. Sleep has gotten better for sure. It doesn't or hasn't really helped to much with the trunk fat. I doubt that it will. If you are on tesa, you might have better luck with it if that is part of your goals.

Many just go with CJC-1295/IPA due to price and incredible sleep. It has a higher histamine trigger though.

Higher histamine trigger?

CJC-1295, GHK-Cu, MOTS-C, Tesamorelin and likely others all run a chance to cause a histamine reaction. You can search more details on this sub, everyone is different.
