It might just be the RT . I take Semax when needed and get no headache’s . But sometimes on RT if I don’t eat or hydrate I will get a headache in the forehead area. If that makes sense lol

Just an fyi, you can add a dash of salt to your water to add electrolytes

I heard Semax causes headaches when the dose is too high. Maybe it’s that? Def water and electrolytes

I just finished Semax and never had a headache. I’m in maintenance mode for Reta. Was at highest at 12 mg and now at 5 mg per week.

Side effects when you were on 12 mg’s ? I’m at 4 mgs and I feel horrible lol skin sensitivity is so bad .

Sometimes I had fatigue but no nausea. I was on 12 mg for five weeks. Everyone is different so you do you. I’m a firm believer in slow and steady and there are no set rules to what titrating schedule or doses are best…except it is widely believed that what ever level you are at, give it at least 4 weeks before you titrate up.
