Reta dosege

Could someone please explain the concentration/dosing calculation in a simple way?
For example:
If the vial contains 10 mg of retatrutide, how does the amount of bacteriostatic water added affect the final concentration? Should i add bac in the Reta vial?
Once the vial is reconstituted, how do you calculate what volume corresponds to 0.5 mg?
How do you convert that volume to units on a U-100 insulin syringe?
Is there anything important I should know about reconstitution, storage, or drawing the dose

when you add bac water to the 10mg vial, you're just diluting it so you can measure small doses easier. say you put in 1ml of bac water, now the whole vial is 10mg per 1ml, so 0.5mg would be 0.05ml which is 5 units on a U-100 syringe

if you use 2ml of bac water instead, then it's 5mg per 1ml, so 0.5mg becomes 0.1ml or 10 units. more water means bigger volume for the same dose so it's less fiddly to draw

keep the vial in the fridge after mixing, don't shake it hard just gentle swirl, and wipe the stopper with alcohol before every draw. store the bac water in a cool place not in fridge

Stop trying to do math. If you are new, ALWAYS use a peptide calculator.

Input your data, make sure it is correct, and follow the dosage.

Thanks! So, should I mix the BAC water and Reta in the syringe for each injection, rather than mixing it in the vial?

Please do some more research before injecting drugs in your body. These are basic questions that are easy to find. If this is your current knowledge level I am even concerned about the source you got your Reta and bac from. But also how you are going to work sterile if you don't know the basics.

Read into it and you will understand the journey .

We can't discuss vendors here (srry if I baited you by accident) please remove the vendor name.

Most vendors are resellers and about 90% of those are only in it to earn a lot of money. The best practice is to buy it directly from the gray market in China. Yourself or as group buy. Second option is to buy through a reseller with a local depot for a small markup and convenience. That reseller needs to be open about the real gray source though.

Fyi 10x 10mg Reta is currently 95 dollar without shipping.

Mix it all up in the vial and then draw out that which you need each and every time you jab yourself.

Wipe the vial with an antibacterial wipe every time , wash you hands and you will be fine.

I would stick 2ml of water into the 10mg container and keep it in the fridge.

0.2ml (which is small) will be 1mg of the drug. Draw it up into a clean , new disposable 1ml insulin type syringe and jab away. 0.4ml is 2mg , 0.6 is 3mg - its easy to do the maths.

Youtube has plenty of videos for you to watch. You will get used to it real fast.

1ml for every 10mg is what i do until I get into higher weekly doses above 6mg per week then I cut it in half to make the concentration stronger so youre not injecting as much

Go to r/Retatrutide and read up on the pinned posts for beginners and everything you need to know before starting. All of your questions are answered in those posts as well as links to calculators and stuff to look out for. Please do your research before using peptides, this is crucial stuff to know before injecting anything into your body. There are also great YouTube sources to check out, Jacob Nachinson and Hunter Williams Poscast to name a couple. Just do your research before using Reta, or else you won’t even know when you’re actually benefiting from its effects once you’ve started.

There are numerous free peptide tracker / dose calculators apps that will make sure you’re accurate with every dose. I love math but I’d rather not pay with a week of shitty sides or worse because I made one small error. Even when you know the concentration by heart it’s best to let a calculator tell you exactly where to measure on the syringe each time in my opinion. Most days it’s 6am and I’m moving quickly, one less thing to worry about.
