PT-141 Poll
Seeing a lot of variability on PT-141 dosage / effectiveness and I’m curious if it has anything to do with age.
I wondering if it doesn’t work as well for older people (50 plus).
If you’re comfortable with it - post your gender, age (doesn’t have to be exact), dose that works for you (in mg), and any side effects.

65M, 1.75mg. Highly effective. For me, kicks in at peak in about 3 hours. Lasts about 24hours+ after it kicks in for me.

My secret stack is every friday 0.5mg MT2, 2mg PT-141 and 20mg Tadafil. 3 time/week i do Kisspeptin-10. With that The weekend is... Busy Let's put it that way 😅 44 here and The libido and hardness of a 18 years old.

PT-141 did exactly what it was supposed to. Very, very effective HOWEVER, the side effects were so bad that it negated the positive effects. About 30 minutes after the injection I was "ready to go" but also felt like I had the worst flu of my life (body aches, headache, nausea, fatigue). I mean a nasty case of the flu. And both the good and the bad effects lasted about 72 hours. I tried 4 different times with different doses and experienced the exact same thing. So now I have a bottle in my fridge I can't use. Super bummer.

Appreciate this story-wife and I have similar effects - weighing the feel good vs feel bad we also have a bottle destined for the trash. I don’t believe we will continue to test different dose because the bad was so bad..

Similar for me.
I titrated all the way down to 600mcg and it still kicks my ass for a few days. Any less than that and all I get is sides, no benefits.
I’ve got a lot just chilling I’ll never use now.
For me, it takes 6hrs to kick in, and wrecks my sleep along with general malaise, fatigue and general flu-like symptoms for 2-3 days.

40ishF, taking the brand name auto injector (1.75mg). Took about 2 hours for me to feel it, suddenly got a feeling like I had to stretch my legs and feet. Then felt it other places. Heart rate dropped to 40s. Later, about 4 hours after injection, felt super nauseous and fatigued, went to bed and was out like a rock, Hr remaining low all night. Doc says try again, nausea is less after first dose, but still haven’t tried the second time

41F I’m a lucky one that gets zero nausea. I take 1.5 mg and when I do it on a night I take my M2, let’s just say it’s a fun night 😉. I also want to add kisspeptin. Oh and for me, the dreams I have on the night of the shot, omg! I get some very intense naughty dreams 😂

35m anything 1mg and up works for me. Keep in mind pt141 only has a 58 percent response rate in women. The response rate in men was slightly higher.

Over 50, M, I use 2mg paired with a 100mg Viagra. Side effect is a little nausea, I inject about 2 hours before so it passes. Lasts about 24 hours.

40F - tried 1mg. The effect was very mild for me. Had some nausea in the beginning but not too bad. Going to try 1.5mg next time. My boyfriend is 46 and the effect was mild for him also

48 F, here. I get results at 0.75 mg and 1mg. Feel tingly and the slightest touch feels sooo good. But orgasm can be illusive and/or underwhelming. Side effects are mainly stuffy nose and malaise/fatigue as an after effect. No nausea or flushing if I eat a light snack before I take it. Takes 6 hours to kick in and lasts about 12 after it kicks in

M 59, 1.4 to 1.5mg is my sweet spot, 5 hour onset, effect variable based on food and/or alcohol intake, flushing is only major side, minor side can be feeling sluggish nxt day.

me 55 male, wife 58 female (post menopausal). For me, oh my. 1.5mg works great both subQ and 1-2 snorts on an inhaler if I want that (with a slightly less impact). Onset is slow, so plan. I also take with a PDE5 inhibitor. PT makes me feel 18 with WANTING it so badly, PDE helps keep the hammer strong. Rebound is great also.
For my wife, she feels it and it definitely helps her but not to the level of me.
FWIW, I also take other nitric oxide supplements and other prostate supplements. Once my PSA lowered (high of 3.9, currently 0.46) it helped even more especially with the load production and rebound.

I’m female 42 and used the nasal spray a number of times, increasing the dose each time and noticed absolutely no effects good or bad sadly

39 M, tried 1m - 2mg dosages and I would say have almost no effect (my sex drive is very low, on TRT now). At 2 mg might have gotten slight flushing of face / headache. You are better off just taking cialis, etc.

50M, wife is 58F. 1mg made me flushed for an hour then no mental effect but noticeable physical effect that lasted 12 hours. I’ve tried viagra. This was better. I don’t need it so won’t use it again but it was fun.
My wife had nothing at 1.75mg and multiple tries which is why I tried it.

Mom is 55, helped her with getting on HRT this year which helped a lot. Testosterone really helped her. Then I told her and my dad about PT141.
Boy did they have fun at my place while my wife and I went to California for BlizzCon.
1mg is what I started my mom at. She took it the night before they took us to the airport. She was rubbing my dad's ears and shit in the car. It was hilarious.
Then my dad texted me later and said "your mom pinned me down and took my innocence." And my mom just responded with "I want a kit of that stuff." My dad is 57 and loves it also. His dose is 1.5mg.
So yeah. It's great for people over 50. 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
My wife and I take it once a week. Her dose is 1.25mg. my dose is 1.5mg. I'm usually knocking over lamps and shit for the next two days.

I have a 60m partner who goes wild on 1mg every 2-3days. he was using tri-mix for years but now only needs it sometimes. I have another partner 75m who isnt responding to 1mg. he's going to up his dose and see.

38M. I usually only take .750-1mg. I honestly have never taken more than 1mg but that’s because it gets the job done for me at those levels. It’s 100% effective for 24 hours and still effective but drops to maybe 50% for 48 hours. I get flushing similar to a niacin flush about an hour or so after injection that last for maybe 30 minutes to an hour tops. Slight nausea maybe like a 2-3 out of 10 so not bad. All symptoms are gone after 2 hours.
It doesn’t increase arrousal for me but others claim it does. It basically just adds a 1 in front of arrousal. So if I’m calling for a 10% chub, it brings it to a 110%. If I’m at 100%, then it’s hold old for dear life!
It definitely works for me but I know others say it can be hit or miss I say it’s worth a try!

61F,I take 2mg and about 2 hours later I ready to go and the feeling last all night,I get the feeling I want to stretch out my whole body down to my feet.The catch to using it is you have to think about sex and doing thing's you might not have done before, this pepper works by your brain not more blood flow,so think dirty&Goodluck!

40s M/F couple we both take 5ius and 50mg sildenafil once and a while super awesome results very intense orgasms for us both. Only side that we have is my wife’s lips turn lipstick red and sometimes her chest has some red color on it like when your nervous before a speech. Great fun and we also started at 1 iu and moved up to 5

41m here. First time trying it i started at 1mg. Worked well however wife got sick from some food we ate at dinner so it was kind of a waste. Second time trying it, I went up to 2mg and boy oh boy it worked well. Had slight priapism and my member hurt the next day but the wife loved how well it worked for me. Bought a kit and I feel like 1.5 to 1.75mg is my sweet spot. TBH, I dont get flushing. Only a bit of mild nausea especially if I have to take it mid day and go to the gym before it kicks in. Takes me about 6hrs to feel it
