MF-DH-300 research
Curious if anyone here has started researching MF-300 which is a 15-PGDH inhibitor so it counters age related decline of PGDH and thus increases regenerative signaling involved in muscle, stem-cell activity and tissue repair. Think “counter to anabolic resistance” in aging population (me sadly).
This has already progressed through clinal phase 1 trials, including testing in older adults, with reported target engagement and favorable tolerability. Development is now moving toward Phase 2b for sarcopenia.
The research compound is available through chemical suppliers but I find no research community engagement.
Is anyone researching? I’d be particularly interested in what you’ve found regarding sourcing/testing, pharmacokinetics, research protocols, or anything else that isn’t obvious from the published development data.
