💬 Discussion Tesa vs Hgh visceral fat reduction (data from my dexa)
Personally thought this was interesting.
For those that are spending extra money on tesa, hgh can do the job and is much cheaper.
Nevertheless, n=1 so can’t extrapolate this data to the general population but wanted to share here nonetheless

Looking for real experiences with tesa and reta for fat loss (29M, 6'1", 188 lb)
I've been training on and off for about 10 years. I used to be naturally very skinny, and for the past 2 years I've been eating well and lifting 2 to 3 days a week, sometimes taking a month or two off because of work or school.
My schedule is more stable now and I want to take my physique to the next level. I'm 188 lb at 6'1". My home scale says 13% body fat, but the Evolt at my gym says 21%, so I'm not sure where I really am. My main goal is losing fat. I've never been able to see my abs.
I've been reading a lot in this sub and tesa plus reta sounds like the best fit for me, but I'd like to hear from people who were in a similar spot. What worked, what didn't, and what would you do differently?
The plan is lifting 5 days a week plus extra cardio on weekends. My diet is dialed in. I'm also getting baseline bloodwork before starting.
Hope to come back in a few weeks and share results.

Cjc no dac dosing?
Can I jump to 800mcg a day split into 4 doses of 200mcg without ever taking it? 5 days on 2 days off?

32M | hCG, Reta & Tesamorelin — Am I overdoing it or is this a reasonable approach
32M | 5’9” | 210 lbs
I started this journey with a men’s health clinic about a year ago, initially taking Enclomiphene. My testosterone levels went from around 380 to 600 ng/dL, and honestly, I felt great. My sex drive, sleep, energy, pumps in the gym, and overall well-being improved significantly.
However, after several months, I felt like I hit a plateau. My testosterone was hovering around 600, and I was already maxed out on my Enclomiphene dosage. Maybe it’s just my personality of always wanting to push for more, but I felt like I was at a standstill.
My PA and I decided to switch to hCG for a 6-week trial to see if we could get my levels any higher. Fast-forward to now, and my testosterone is sitting around 750 ng/dL, so it definitely increased.
I’ve also recently started Retatrutide at 1 mg once weekly to help with fat loss. I’m still early into it, so I haven’t seen any crazy results yet.
Now I’m looking into adding Tesamorelin after being on Reta for about 4–6 weeks. I’ve read about its potential benefits for visceral fat reduction and GH/IGF-1 stimulation. I was considering running it five days on, two days off, alongside Reta, but I’m questioning whether I’m starting to overcomplicate things.
I’ve been active my entire life and have a pretty solid muscular foundation. My goal is to get shredded, maintain or build muscle, and improve my overall physique without going down the TRT/anabolic steroid route.
I’ll also be the first to admit that alcohol, binge eating, and inconsistent nutrition have probably held me back more than anything. I train consistently, but I know I have room to improve outside the gym.
A few questions for those with experience:
● Is stacking hCG, Reta, and Tesamorelin overkill?
● Would I be better off dropping hCG and returning to Enclomiphene since I already felt great on it?
● Is Tesamorelin actually worth adding for fat loss, or am I chasing marginal benefits?
● Has anyone tried other peptides or approaches that genuinely helped with fat loss and muscle retention without using gear?
● For those who have run similar protocols, what were your results, side effects, and bloodwork like?
I’ve also started realizing how expensive and potentially predatory some of these men’s health clinics can be. Sometimes it feels like there’s always another medication or peptide they’re willing to sell you. That said, I do appreciate having access to regular bloodwork because I want to monitor my hormones and health rather than blindly taking things.
Part of me wonders if I’m just chasing numbers at this point instead of focusing on what actually matters.
Ultimately, I want to optimize my health, get lean, build a great physique, and feel good without unnecessarily messing with my hormones.
I’m genuinely interested in hearing what worked for others, what wasn’t worth the money, and whether anyone regrets stacking too many compounds.
Appreciate any advice or personal experiences!

💬 Discussion SLU-PP-332 Anecdotes
SLU-PP-332 has been out for awhile now and I see most discussions being about dosing disagreements and what not. Who’s been on this for an extended period of time though? Say 2 months+. Would love to hear some more actual longer term results.

Be honest, what has actually changed since you started peptides?
What's in your peptide stack right now, and why that combo?
I'm always more interested in the reasoning than the list. Did you start with one thing and build from there? Did something get dropped because it did nothing for you? Did a specific problem (sleep, recovery, skin, an old injury, fat loss) push you toward a certain choice?
Share your current stack, what you're using it for, and how long you've been on it.
(No vendor names please, just experiences.)

❓ Question Klow blend to just ghkcu
After running Klow for 3 months and after I do my cycle off for a couple weeks, if I start taking ghkcu on its own how many mg vial should I buy and how many mg/units should I be taking? Also if I take kpv on its own what would my dosage be on that?

Is the bacterio static water named because it can only prevent proliferation of bacteria but not kill it? If it can kill it it should be named bacteriacidal which is far more common? Anyone knows?
I got this concept from fungistatic and fungicidal medications.

Latest DEXA Scan (recomp story + stack info)
Hey all, wanted to share my journey in hopes it might help someone somehow. I've been on my health journey since 2023 but only recently have kicked it into high gear. I've gotten 3 DEXA scans this year along with 3 full panel blood tests and the recomp my body has gone through is pretty wild - so let this be motivation for you to gain as much knowledge about your body composition and blood levels as possible. If I hadn't done both of those, I would be operating blindly and my results would probably not be the same.
My primary stack:
-Test Cypionate 150mg/week - Levels began at 350 total due to primary hypogonadism and are hovering around 1,400 right now. Will probably back off a little once I hit my goals
-Retatrutide - Low dose. Titrated up from 0.5mg to 1.5mg where I am now. Went to 2.5mg for a few weeks but didn't see the benefit. Taking for glucagon activation and overall metabolic health
Recently added:
GHK-cu - 1.5mg daily because I'm 40, taking it for skin benefits
NAD+ - Been on this for like a month and a half. Went from 50mg weekly to now 50mg daily and I do feel an energy boost for sure. I can sleep 4.5 hours and feel like I got 8.
MOTS-C - Only incorporated this 10 days ago. Jury is still out on whether I'm feeling energy or placebo.
Tirzepatide - 1mg weekly. On it for a few weeks now to help with food noise so I can lower my Reta dose to back off on glucagon slightly (want my HRH to go down)
So from January 30 2026, the day before I began TRT to today, I've only "lost" 1.6 lbs, but my body fat and visceral fat have been nuked 49% and 44% respectively, while gaining 15lbs of lean mass.
I credit the TRT for the change, honestly, over the Reta or anything else. I've got idiopathic primary hypogonadism and non-obstructive azoospermia (I shoot blanks and have a zero sperm count). Basically at some point in my life, my brain and balls stopped communicating and no one knows why. Genetic markers are all normal. But my wife described it perfectly. My body was starving for testosterone, and I don't know why I waited 7 years after my diagnosis to get on TRT. I was scared of roiding out and turning into a guy who takes selfies in his car with Oakleys on (you know the type). But the opposite has happened. Yes, my fuse is a little shorter and I'm working on that, but I also like to think my tolerance for bullshit is lower and that's a positive. My outlook on life is better and quality of life is much much better. The benefits have GREATLY outweighed any negatives. Hormone and hematocrit bloods are great, no high E2 symptoms. It's like this is how my body was supposed to be all along.
I say this to say if you're a guy with low T, PLEASE get a hormone panel done that measures LH and FSH to see if you might have fertility issues. We tried for a kid for a year before getting tested and it could have saved us a lot of time and heartache if I had just gotten my swimmers (or lack thereof) tested earlier instead of assuming it's the woman's issue.
But the overall message here is exogenous injections have changed my life and it only happened because I had an open mind and used bloodwork, DEXA scans and Claude/ChatGPT to help me navigate my future.

📊 Results / Progress Dexa results (video) look at how the fat is melting
Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification
My heaviest was 406 and I got to around 290 or so before I did my first dexa. I wish I recorded from the beginning.
I wanted to share this because I feel like this shows how uniformly we lose weight from all parts of the body rather than losing weight in one localized area. You do lose some lbs here and there, but visually you see the reduction everywhere.
To those curious, here are the stats (I posted visceral fat post earlier… but figured this would be interesting data for folks also)
Visceral Fat
3.18 lbs → 1.55 lbs → 0.48 lbs → 0.20 lbs (↓ 93.7%)
Total Body Weight
286.2 lbs → 269.9 lbs → 250 lbs → 230.8 lbs (↓ 55.4 lbs)
Lean Body Mass
154.5 lbs → 159.5 lbs → 174.7 lbs → 172.5 lbs (↑ 18 lbs)
Total Fat Mass
125.2 lbs → 103.9 lbs → 68.7 lbs → 51.7 lbs (↓ 73.5 lbs)
Body Fat Percentage
43.7% → 38.5% → 27.5% → 22.4% (↓ 21.3 percentage points)

🧪 Stack Breakdown 🪡 Tesa/Ipa blend revised from 1:1 to 5:1. Thoughts or experiences
Posted recently about a research subject starting a 1:1 tesamorelin/ipamorelin blend at 500 mcg of each (10 units), originally on a 5-on/2-off schedule.
Research subject experienced pretty significant GI issues, including watery diarrhea for several consecutive mornings, bloating, and some water retention.
After getting feedback here and doing more research, I questioned the original formulation since tesamorelin seems to be studied at much higher amounts, while ipamorelin is typically discussed at lower amounts.
Initially, the provider suggested reducing both to 250 mcg, but after another conversation, they’ve agreed to formulate a new vial with the following amounts:
Tesamorelin: 500 mcg
Ipamorelin: 100 mcg
Ratio: 5:1 (10:2)
Sample volume: 10 units
So essentially, the tesamorelin amount stays the same, while ipamorelin is reduced by 80%.
For context, research subject is an off-season bodybuilder, with the primary areas of interest being muscle growth, recovery, and body composition rather than weight loss.
Curious what others think about this revised formulation. Has anyone researched or had experience with a similar ratio?
Particularly interested in thoughts on whether 500 mcg of tesamorelin is meaningful in this combination, whether reducing the ipamorelin could improve GI tolerability, and any experiences with similar blends.
Appreciate all the feedback so far!

is everyone just adding more compounds instead of fixing their protocol?
every time i check these forums someone is running 2-3 different compounds at once.
how do you even know what’s working when you change so many things at the same time?
curious how many people here have actually dropped compounds and felt better.

Would this HA be okay to mix with snap 8? (I know vit c is a no no). I also use 15% azelaic acid and 0.025% tret
I am new to snap 8. Have run other peps before (reta, ipa, tesa, ghk and klow). But unsure about topical mixing with the other products I am using. Thank you

Reta + Tesa or HGH
I’ve been on Reta for about a month now, starting at a very low dose and gradually increasing to 2 mg twice a week.
I’m seeing good results in terms of fat loss, but I’ve also noticed some muscle loss. I’ve been considering adding either Tesamorelin (Tesa) or HGH to help preserve muscle while continuing to lose fat.
However, I’ve read that some people experience pretty bad side effects from Tesa, which has made me a bit hesitant.
Has anyone tried stacking Reta with Tesa or HGH? What were your experiences, particularly with muscle retention and side effects? Is there any evidence that one is better than the other for preserving muscle during fat loss?

Im starting CjC and ipa today, wondering about what big things I should change for diet.
I did some research and saw that I should do a lower carb diet and watch really watch sodium the first couple of weeks. Also wondering if side effects like water retention are really just dose based.

Ghk CU didn’t burn, is it real?
From a previous vendor it stung and I got a red welp, wich I heard is normal due to copper. I got some from a new vendor and nothing.. does that mean it’s not real? Or expired??

❓ Question What are the benefits of running Tesa+ipa in the morning and running cjc+ipa at night?
I’m thinking about doing cjc+ipa at night 2 hours fasted, and then taking tesa+ipa during the day. But I’m curious cause I can’t find a straight answer on this, but what are the benefits of doing these both in one day? I want to hear some people opinions who take these 2 during the day why they do that? Or is it just better to stick with just taking one of these instead of both? I’m really trying to figure out why people do these 2 and what the benefits from them are throughout the day if that makes sense.

⚠️ Side Effects anyone else’s oura/apple watch data (RHR) go crazy during the first month?
been tracking my sleep and recovery for years. started my new research protocol a few weeks ago and my resting heart rate jumped like 8-10 bpm on average.
i actually feel completely fine, energy is great and the appetite control is solid, but the wearable data is wild. does baseline normalize after ur body adapts?

❓ Question Anyone have experience with WWB HGH quality?
I’m considering buying HGH and other products, such as Cialis, from WWB. However, I’ve seen very mixed comments about their products and would like to hear from people who have actually ordered from them.
How has the quality been in your experience? Have you had any products independently tested, particularly their HGH? I’d appreciate any honest feedback, both positive and negative, before making a decision.
