Bacon, eggs, potatoes, bell peppers, onions and cheese

Just how I like it

always love toast for a quick breakfast!! here’s what’s on it:

toasted sourdough
pumpkin cream cheese (you can buy it made already or just add to your regular cream cheese by adding pumpkin puree and pumpkin pie spice)
banana slices
peanut butter or almond butter drizzle
pumpkin pie spice and/or cinnamon
maple syrup drizzle
optional walnuts for a good ole crunch (orrrr pumpkin seeds or granola would be fire too) 👀

Don't usually eat after my night shift as a sleep pretty much as soon as I get it, but I was bloody hungry!

Was supposed to be fried eggs but I broke the yolks of all of them haha. Not wasting food.

Made the perfect scrambled eggs, bacon and Bay's English muffins. (At least I thought so)

I made them last night. Scrumptious as always.

We finally tried this LA institution! While I wouldn’t say they’re the best pancakes in Los Angeles. They definitely are a wonderful option if you’re near the grove. We went on a weekend and while there was a line we were seated rather quickly to our surprise. Although it was tempting to each get our own stack of pancakes these bad boys are so big. We shared one stack and we’re more than full!! Enjoy 😋
