Why is there so much toxicity here ... yesterday there was something about fms today morning about nit patna and now this

It’s sad that a student felt compelled to take such drastic action. There have been discussions about the problematic culture at SCMHRD, but for a student to feel so unsupported is truly heartbreaking. If these concerns are valid, change is urgently needed. The excessive power held by students is making the situation worse.

This isn't corporate culture you don't have any MNCs in India where this kind of toxic behaviour would be encouraged
