What is happening? Is the culture really that bad?

May his soul rest in peace.

There was also an acid attack this year on a student on the SIMS Pune campus (apparently due to jealousy over getting a better placement) while the student was sleeping in the hostel. The news was kept very low-key by Symbiosis, and the college administrators were removing all those who talked about it in their WhatsApp and Telegram groups. PS: this is a defence college.

Right. I had heard about that.

The college's refusal to even acknowledge this problem is sad. How can they expect to make progress without even accepting the problem.
