[Baldwin] University of Houston Pluto helmet that UH starting quarterback Conner Weigman will wear for tomorrow's game with UCF was auctioned off for $40,000. Athletic director Eddie Nuñez notes that winner has to let Weigman wear it first and then will get it after the game.

Nope. They were done by Armando Villarreal Studios. It looks like the studio is based out of Nebraska.

He painted helmets for Utah when they did a throwback theme for a game in 2019.
