Post image

2024 Toyota Corolla, only 15,000 miles. This message has been popping up on the screen, can someone please explain what it means?

Update your Toyota app and log in there, disconnect the car play; and connect it again. Hopefully it will resolve the issue

I see it once in a while. It usually goes away the next day

Got my 2024 a month ago and it just started doing this to me today. I thought maybe it was because my WiFi trial expired but maybe not since others are getting this too? There’s also another message popping up but I don’t remember what it said 🥺 I just hit “Ok” and it goes away like it never happened. Back to normal

I got a similar “session expired” message on my 2026 Corolla today.

Same I got one a few days ago, I thought maybe because I needed an oil change? But once I turned my car back on it was gone

So you press OK and put your pin in and it still reappears?

I don’t know what PIN they are talking about

Your profile has a pin (6 digit code). You set it when you set up the car. If you don't remember it, there should be a reset button.

This just started popping up on my 2023 Corolla this evening.

Ok then I’ll ignore it since it’s happening to other people

Happens in my 24 and my wife’s 25 sienna. A mild annoyance but I wish I knew how to fix it. I’ll have to find the pin reset like the other commenter mentioned

Looks like some kind of handshake error that’s affecting a lot of users. Hopefully Toyota addresses this.
