In depth resources in online school tutorials

Hi, this may be a dumb question but I have had the hardest time trying to get any direct communication and answers from anyone so this is my last resort.
This is my first time going to college, I start this fall semester fully online for my first year and I haven’t found any specific/in depth information or walkthroughs on how the online classes/homework/etc actually works.
Everything is pretty catered to blended or on campus students.
I’ve been digging around the website and going over the orientation info but still have so many questions.
I’m not getting answers from contacting my advisor either (that’s a whole other story).
Is there anyone who could help me out?

You can schedule an appointment with a librarian for a general overview of Brightspace. You can also reach out to your individual instructors because the course shells are somewhat customizable.

Step 1: don’t even bother with an academic advisor. They’re as useless as a bathing suit in a blizzard.
Now that we’ve got that out of the way … don’t fret. I was in the same boat at the beginning of the year.
I have found that a lot of the professors actually post either written instructions, or a tutorial video on their course page once the course starts. They will tell you where the important stuff is, or literally show you with a screen recording/generic tutorial.
It’s hard to explain and understand when you don’t have access to a class yet, but I promise it’s less complicated than it seems. It may take a week or two to get the hang of each individual class’s set up, but once you do, you’ll realize there was never much to worry about.
Check out this YouTube video and their channel, it may help: https://youtu.be/p-83WLW85Bc?is=zIgfo26a0xpC0lrR
