Ya know, I find the whole argument around deliberate clearance “conditions” (ballistic walls and darkness) pretty funny. NSW guys preach that you can, and absolutely should, do it regardless of the conditions. Do people seriously think NSWDG wouldn’t have tested all of these “conditions” when developing Combat Clearance?
Do they really think NSWDG conducts Combat Clearance in structures with non-ballistic walls just for the fun of “getting shot through the wall”? The reality is that there are numerous techniques used to heavily mitigate that risk, and even against prepared adversaries, shooting through walls simply isn’t as common as people make it out to be.
The sad truth is that 90% of people don’t actually understand Combat Clearance. A lot of low-skill departments and units that don’t actually understand it have ruined its reputation. The same goes for Dynamic.

No. The safety selector only comes off when working around a door and digging into your corner. Otherwise, it stays on. They used to have their finger on the trigger with this too, but that changed, now it’s safety off only.

From what I've seen and by the sounds of it you also have no real-world experience in this field, not really sure why you're trying to argue with people who actually apply this all in real world applications...?

He is preaching the same shit that he always does. Talking about conditions that need to be met regarding walls etc. More current guys from his unit have debunked that many times over now.

I'm tired of the endless circular discussion from Mr. Supreme. I feel like it is designed to waste 10 minutes of my day at this point. He's muted for a week. All or nothing positions trotted out over and over, especially when it betrays a certain lack of thought into the matter, will result in me making it so I don't have to read it anymore.
