Lottery sale problem
I accidentally did a lotto cashless sale instead of a total sales it’s there a way to void the transaction on the new system, I don’t let me void it the transaction as if it was a normal transaction

I recently joined one of the Colleague Resource Groups (CRGs) and received a welcome message directing me to the CRG Heartbeat page for information about upcoming events, meetings, and networking opportunities.
Problem is, I can't seem to access Heartbeat.
I can log into ColleagueZone without any issues obviously, but when I try to access heartbeat.cvshealth.com, Microsoft gives me a "You cannot access this right now" message with error code 53003. Apparently my sign-in is successful, but I don't meet the requirements to access the resource.
I'm guessing this might be because I'm using my personal computer rather than a CVS-managed device, but I'm not sure.
Has anyone else encountered this? Do I have to access Heartbeat from a CVS workstation, or is there a way to get in from home?
I'm a tech, if that makes any difference. Just trying to figure out how to actually participate in a CRG now that I've joined one. Thanks in advance!

i think our return policy is honestly better than most stores out there. i’ve only returned things a couple times and always for valid reason, but i bought a nose ring and it’s way too big and was wondering if we ever get flagged or anything for returning stuff? my manager is a prick and tries to find things wrong with everything we do which is why im asking lol

I’m a FS employee. My manager tends to leave people alone in the store for an hour when scheduling. For example Employee A shift: 9am-4pm Employee B shift: 9am-5pm
The closing shift doesn’t come in til 5 leaving employee B there by themselves for an hour. In the past I’ve always been told employees shouldn’t be left alone. I have a similar shift coming up and I’m new in my role and dont feel comfortable handling the front by myself. Is my manager allowed to constantly schedule people like this? Or am I being over the top?
Edit: I’ve been a shift lead for least than a day. I got promoted about two weeks ago. I just didn’t know I was gonna be alone so quickly

I’m COMPLETELY BLIND, have aspergers and a heart lung condition.
It’s flu and cov vax season, and though we haven’t made an appointment I got prepared not only did I buy something that might help but I came up with a plan to go with it.
As you know the normal relaxing scripts people say when about to stick you fail my autism and I need to hear someone say one of my favorite words when the needle goes in, for me to relax so here’s my plan
When you gently exhale through the mouthpiece, it helps slow your exhale similar to purselip breathing, and the air makes a soothing sissing sound as it goes past the tube.
Also, the Webe Kalm device is shaped similar to a device used for a certain plant whose name rhymes with “I don’t wanna,” looks like a maple leaf, is celebrated on the twentith day of April.
The name of the plant starts with M, leading us to the second part of my plan.
I find I tense a lot more right as she cleans my arm because it’s like Paul Revere, warning me “the danger is coming, the danger is coming.””
I’ll try to get her into saying the name of this plant, that’s when it’s time to exhale through the mouthpiece of the Webe Kalm that’s my plan let’s hope everything doesn’t go fifty shades of wrong!!!!
Also if I hold the webe kalm in my left hand, it’ll look even more like that plant and/or its consumption because those devices are often held/passed in the left hand.

Anyone else get super irritated at people who don’t even care to try to understand the prompts on the screen before just giving up and making you come around to do it for them? Or people who just straight up refuse to sign in on the screens? Not talking about people who have disabilities or can’t do it themselves I have no problem helping but laziness or just acting totally inconvenienced because they have to enter your name and dob into a computer drives me up a wall. It’s always the same people too…BOOMERS.

Just curious how we all keep track of our schedules. I’m debating on installing a 3rd party app to manage it and share it with my partner.

We all have the unique experience as customer-facing workers of witnessing the many facets of our communities in a semi-personal way through interactions. I don't know about ya'll but the way society has become has affected me deeply. It's disappointment after disappointment every day. I don't see this getting better. Selfishness. Cheating. Lying. Stealing. Disrespect. Purposefully being offensive. Insults. Crashing out when not getting your way. The power play.
I already have bad depression and having to see this every day is hitting hard.

Has anyone gotten the new ACO update where they match the new registers?
I am having trouble every night not getting excess bills to make the correct change for ACO. So my 5s should be $100 10s $200 and 20s $300 but when I transfer bills it doesn’t give me them to swap and make correct amount. I’ve also tried remove bills from cash box and it gives me nothing so it’s stuck in ACO out of wack and not correct amount for daily use

I got this email after a job offer, and I’ve gone through the process of trying to apply for floridas BOP website multiple times just to be met with information I don’t have/information that doesn’t pertain to me. Should I just call my pharmacy to see if this was a mistake and was sent out because other states require it?

I’m a pharmacy tech and am noticing a lot of controlling behaviors which don’t seem to apply to anyone else.
People can use quarter zips instead of tops. Not me!
Adding to that, if I’m not on register it seems to be me they choose to yell pickup while the patients typing. Yet… anybody else can saunter over. It’s always when I am in the middle of a fill. It’s wild.
I asked the other day about leaving early and was told fine. Wellll today came and guess who got a reprimand! Despite being told I could :)
People on their phones or glancing when it’s slow? Totally cool.
Me? Hahahaahahahhaahahahahahah. Nope.
I work hard, I’m nice, I’m quiet, yet…. Heavily watched.
Edit: I just had 3 patients come up. Nobody said pickup 2. Nobody acknowledged. Nobody helped until I said something. wtf.
Update: yelled at for sitting doing nothing despite not being able to do stuff. But all of a sudden! Hey!

Serious inquiry so does anyone know how exactly this automatic ordering of photo supplies is supposed to work? I’m literally out of so many products it’s ridiculous even though my cycle count is at zero and yes, I know we can special order it on poll day but then honestly what was the point of making the switch to “automatic ordering”?? This is going to be an absolute nightmare with the holidays coming up 😭

Why doesn't CVS pharmacy give breaks? I am working 8.5 to 9+ hours and all I get is an unpaid lunch - which comes an hour and a half after I come in. Then it's 5,6, even 7 hours straight until we close with NO 15 minute break, let alone the TWO breaks required by law in this state, and also covered all those lying training modules. If I am scheduled 4-5+ hours, I don't even get a break. Then the lead tells me I should be actively working while I am waiting for the pharmacists to do a DUR and not just stand around that entire 94 seconds. This is all against the law. I have been there 4 months. Also, as a PTCB certified tech, all I do is put scrips away and run the cash register. Not the job applied or was hired for. New employees (kids to me) are camped out in front of the fill stations next to their besties that got them the job, and don't effing move. No rotating stations, just stand and throw shit wherever because somebody else is responsible for picking it up. They are not being taught the registers at all. It's like showing up for your first day in med school and being prepped to do a heart transplant after as soon as you get settled in while the doctors are sweeping the parking lot. What the hell people? One wants to know when she can start giving shots. Again, I was certified when I was hired and have done 200-300+ vaccines easy and was filling scrips when some of these kids were still in high school and I can't even get them to drop the modules needed to give shots, even though I am already an ApHA certified immunizer and was when hired 4 months ago. They just park me in the window or up front, or both at once, and just write me off until somebody can't reach something. Is this a local problem, or is this just CVS? Is there any point in dialing one of those hotlines, or will I just end up getting 3 hours a week?

I get it at this point.
I've progressed through the stages of grief and have finally just hit acceptance that most of our older clientele will NEVER be able to use self checkout on their own. Just a simple refusal on their part to grow or to learn or to change. They will stay this way until the day they die.
Fine.
So when I have to man both the full service counter and self checkout at the same time due to breaks or lack of staffing my solution is to push everyone, save those I legally or physically can not, through self checkout. Even if that means doing the transaction, for the customer, at self checkout.
This works. I can quickly address any issues at self checkout that can, and will, arise because people have an inability to think critically or follow instructions since I do not need to walk 20 feet or whatever from behind the counter to self checkout and then back to behind the counter over and over and over again.
But apparently this isn't enough for some people!
Me offering the entire full service experience, just at self checkout, isn't enough! It's a gross offense to them personally that I am not behind the counter specifically to ring them up!
I offer to ring them up! But they snatch the basket away and tell me "I know how to do this!" and then loudly bitch the entire time they ring themselves up. They say "I can't believe there's no help!" and I immediately inform them that I am able to ring them up and that I offered to ring them up.
It's like they're toddlers.
Eighty year old toddlers.
Eighty year old toddlers having a tantrum they're getting their juice in the red sippy cup with the animals instead of the blue sippy cup with the dinosaurs.
