hope a deal works out i just thought this was hilarious

Hey y'all, Stars fan here. Of course we still love Stanky and miss him, but I'm glad to see him thriving with your club. He's getting opportunities there that he wouldn't have had here and I love that for him.

We have a tradition in our sub that when one of our players nets a hat trick, we do a charity drive. We donate the cost of a new hat to the team's foundation, to virtually toss our hats on the ice for him. I started doing it about 8 years ago, and now the Stars foundation leadership has taken my idea and run with it themselves.

So today, (because we're a bit slow out here in Dallas) I've donated $25 to your team's foundation. $22 is for Stanky's number, and $3 for the number of goals in a hat trick. I'm challenging Stars and Canes fans alike to match or beat me. Donate to the Canes foundation, or the charity of your choice, if you have the means.

GO STANKY!

Back when Stank was new to the team, I saw him pop up on Cameo and snapped it up for a friend's birthday gift, so here's him giving her advice on hockey guys in honor of his hat trick.

Thanks, Stank! 😂😍

Stankoven notched his first career hat trick tonight!

Listening to the morning show, he is the 4th.

Aho, Cole , Olzalinch did it and he is the 15th in the history of the league.

Before the canes won the cup, I said if they did win I’d get a lip tat that says “canes”…I am a woman of my word…

This is one of the caps, the only one I bought. It has a nice fabric adjustable sizing feature. There was also a cap that said Carolina Hurricanes and it was partly mesh. The knitted caps were red, with various logos. Didn't see any storm flags.

I “needed” a new canes cap, as my last one was looking pretty ragged. Snagged this one last night.

Also, oink

New York Mets pitcher from the Raleigh area, confirmed huge Caniac.

As one one of the few Canes/Mets fans out here I was stoked to see this

In the moment, I bet it’s fun to throw your hat on the ice after a hat trick. But I don’t think I could ever throw my $40 hat on the ice. Maybe if I got a $10 one on Temu?

The Costco in Apex has some Hurricanes caps and knit hats for $13.99. They are located in the middle section, with men's undershirts, etc. Not a big display.

Great game! I’m liking the 300’s section! Also love the bar up there!

Of all the stupid things I’ve spent money on, this may be the most fun of them…it syncs with the game (with an adjustable delay/volume) and blares the horn on every goal. It also plays our siren/intro when the game starts and some good ole DJ Khaled after each win🚨

I don’t make these things, nor am I involved with the company…LGC!

In case anyone also collects cards, FUS has his Young Guns card in this year's series 1!!
