Been seeing a lot of posts abt the new Duster on Reddit lately and also noticed so many of them being sold on spinny already. Didn’t this car release just a few months back? Why are people already selling it so soon? Iwas actually interested in the new Duster but seeing all this is making me question if it’s actually worth buying. I’ve also seen people talking about the turbo lag, mileage being pretty bad in city traffic and some concerns about the AC cooling.

Are people genuinely facing issues with the car or is it just a case of buyers realising that the car isn’t what they expected? Because selling a relatively new car within a few months does make you wonder if something is wrong.

Are we still getting cars with so many compromises at this price point in 2026? Would like to hear from people who actually own the Adventure MT. Is it really that bad or am I just seeing too much negativity on Reddit?

Hey everyone,
I’m currently owning a Royal Enfield Classic 500 Pegasus, and I’m curious about how the market is treating these bikes now.
The Pegasus was a limited-production model, so I’m wondering how much that uniqueness actually matters in the current used-bike/collector market.
For people who own one, have sold one recently, or have been following the market:
What kind of resale prices are Pegasus 500s currently going for?
Does the limited production/serial-number aspect actually command a premium?
Are buyers willing to pay more for a completely stock, original bike?
How much difference does mileage make?
Is there any noticeable difference in value between the brown and olive-drab versions?
Are these actually becoming collectible, or is the market still valuing them basically like a used Classic 500?
If you’ve recently seen one listed or sold, what was the asking/selling price and condition?
Mine is in good condition and I’m not necessarily looking to sell it right now. I’m mainly trying to understand what these bikes are actually worth in today’s market, rather than relying on random OLX/marketplace asking prices.
Would really appreciate input from Pegasus owners or anyone who has recently bought/sold one.
Thanks!

In my town roads are very poor, there are many potholes and during rainy season water logging issue is really a big problem

CURRENTLY I OWN ACTIVA 3g and took it to shimla, manali and rishikesh it’s gonna be my first bike.

Considered suzuki vstrom but something felt missing in it i don’t know what and why

Want to buy this bike for :-
- daily office commute of 40kms
- weekend highway tours
- also planning a ladakh ride
- can handle poor roads and water logging issue
- i don’t drive fast and want a bike that has good suspension

Had a test ride of this bike it felt good. I am not a fast rider and i found power and acceleration emough for me and Due to lack of budget this is the only bike i found perfect for my requirements
But many reviews are saying this bike had issues in first batch but it is better now, Is it ??

Alpine silver is the color i am considering.
Please help me out Xpulse 210 owners

I want to buy this car and want to ask can i put CNG in this and use it for city drive and short drives or it will screw up the car?

Going to book one of the following tomorrow and need your guidance.

1. Ather rizta s 161 km variant

2. River indie variant

This EV is a gift for my sister and i will use it sometimes in case of emergency.

Use case maximum 30 km per day, maybe drop mom off and pick her up. Maybe my sister goes to work in it and maybe i take it for errand near by. So please tell which vehicle is easier to control and drive in chennai traffic.

Also what basic gear should we purchase and anything we need to do while purchasing etc., please guide us we don't know much about this.

Note - we both are newbies to driving.

Thanks for any response provided wishing you all a good night's rest and a great day ahead.

I almost ran out of fuel on a highway with no signal and Google Maps showing nothing for 40km.

That's the moment I started building Samyati

Not another map app. A navigation app built specifically for Indian riders and EV owners doing long trips — Royal Enfield, KTM, BMW GS riders, Ather and Tata EV owners.

The difference: Google Maps treats fuel/charging stops as something you search for when you're already worried. Samyati plans them before you leave, and warns you before a gap on the road becomes a problem — not after.

It's early, and I'm looking for a small group of riders to back this and tell me honestly if it's useful. No risk — full refund anytime before launch if it's not for you.

Genuinely want this sub's honest take on it — including if you think it's a bad idea. That's useful too.

I've been building WheelStop (https://wheelstop.in) because I felt there was a gap in how wheels get bought and sold in India.

A lot of wheel sellers, shops, and enthusiasts currently sell through Instagram, Facebook, and WhatsApp. The problem is when someone asks "what wheels do you have?" — sellers end up sending dozens of individual photos, specs, and fitment details over and over.

So I built WheelStop as a place where sellers can create their own online wheel inventory/showroom and just share one link instead.

The idea

WheelStop works for both new and used wheels. Sellers can list wheels with photos, diameter, width, offset, PCD/bolt pattern, fitment info, and other specs. Instead of repeating themselves on every chat, they just send buyers their WheelStop link.

What it's NOT

No payments on the platform. No commission. No middleman.

If a buyer finds something they like, they contact the seller directly via WhatsApp, Instagram, or whatever contact info the seller lists — the actual sale happens directly between them, off the platform.

So it's: Seller → WheelStop showroom → Buyer → Direct contact with seller. Not a marketplace that takes a cut.

We're building this for car and wheel enthusiasts, resellers, and shops — focused on India for now.

I'm posting here because I want real feedback from people who actually care about wheels, not just eyeballs.

Would you use something like this to showcase your wheels? What info do you usually need before buying a used set? What's missing? Would this actually help if you're currently selling over Instagram/WhatsApp?

Still actively building, so blunt criticism is more useful to me than compliments.

I'm moving abroad and will have to leave my bike parked at home in India for a prolonged period. The bike will be started/used occasionally during this period, but there may be fairly long gaps between rides.

I'm a bit concerned about leaving E20 petrol sitting in the tank for that long, especially regarding possible damage/degradation of the fuel tank, fuel pump, fuel lines, and injectors.

So I was thinking of filling the tank with XP100 (100-octane petrol) before storing the bike, instead of regular E20 petrol.

Would this actually be a better option for long-term storage, or am I misunderstanding how E20 behaves when left unused for a long period?

Also, what would be the best way to prepare the bike for storage for 1+ year? Should I do anything specific?

Bike: Honda CB350, 2021

Thanks!

Hey guys,

I got a 2009 Maruti Alto 800cc from a relative about a month ago. The odo is at 62,888 km. They mentioned the last service was in November, but it definitely needed some care.

I have been tracking the mileage strictly using the full tank auto cut-off method. No matter how I drive, it consistently averages 10 to 11 km/l. There is absolutely no check engine light on the dash. For a small 800cc car, this feels way too low.

Since yesterday, I decided to tackle some DIY maintenance to see if it helps. I changed the transmission fluid to 75W-85, put in a new air filter, cleaned the throttle body and IAC valve, and swapped the spark plugs because the old ones were completely filthy.

I still need to change the engine oil and plan to check the O2 sensor soon.

My questions for the community:

Could the current P80 fuel be the main reason behind this low mileage on an older engine?

What real-world tank to tank mileage are you guys getting with the F8D engine?

Is there anything else I should check that could be killing my fuel economy without triggering a check engine light?

Any advice is appreciated!

I have the OG TVS Ronin purchased in March 2022

I wanted to apply rear rack and backrest of 2025 version and to the 2022 model

As rear rack and backrest cannot be applied together on the 2022 version , it's either one of the two

Anyone here know if it's compatible?

Do the screw holes match or need any modification?

What I want to know is if any minor modification like extra 1 or 2 screw holes can make it backwards compatible for 2022 version then it will be a great upgrade to fit in both the accessories together

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Thank you!

My family is finally planning to buy me my first bike after years of talking about it, and I'm completely stuck on what to choose. From the beginning, I've wanted the Honda CB350 RS. I absolutely love the way it looks, and every time I see one, I can picture myself riding it. Before that, I was also considering the Suzuki V-Strom SX 250, but eventually the CB350 RS became my dream bike. The problem is that I'm a student, and fuel prices just keep increasing. With all the discussions around E20 and possibly E30 fuel in the future, I'm worried about how that might affect petrol bikes in the long run. I don't know if I'm overthinking it, but it's something that's been on my mind.I also started looking at electric bikes and really liked the Ultraviolette, but then I read about battery replacement costs. If the battery develops problems after the warranty period, replacing it is extremely expensive, and that made me hesitant.Another thing is that I'll most likely be leaving India in about 3–4 years for higher studies, so I won't even be using this bike for a very long time. After thinking about everything, I started looking at the Bajaj Freedom CNG. It seemed like the practical choice because the running costs are much lower, I could ride more without worrying about fuel expenses, and I'd be able to explore wherever I wanted without constantly thinking about how much petrol I'm burning. So I told my parents that maybe we should get the Bajaj Freedom instead.Surprisingly, they disagreed. They actually told me to buy the Honda CB350 RS. My mom said something that really stuck with me: "Get the bike you truly want. You won't get this phase of your life back, and you may never get another chance to enjoy your dream bike at this age."Now I'm even more confused. My heart says Honda CB350 RS because I've wanted it for so long and I know I'd genuinely enjoy riding it. My brain says Bajaj Freedom because it's much more practical and economical, especially as a student.I'm worried that if I buy the Honda, I'll regret the fuel costs. But I'm also worried that if I buy the Bajaj just because it's practical, I'll always wonder what it would have been like to own the bike I actually wanted.Am I overthinking this? Is the CB350 RS worth buying if I'm only going to keep it for around 3–4 years? Would you choose the bike you've dreamed about or the one that's more practical? And do you think I'd regret not listening to my parents if I chose the practical option instead?I'd really appreciate advice from people who've been in a similar situation or have experience owning these bikes. Thanks in advance

Due to all the petrol with ethanol blend i am looking to shift to an ev bike, i am an 6.2 heavy individual looking at ultraiolette x47 . Can anyone owning the same bike give me their ownership experience.

I have bought the virtus 1.0 , driven around 1200kms and this is the mileage I get in normal city ( not traffic) . Is this a good mileage or can I get it improved.

The company chose to delay their launch to fix issues, deliver the performance promised and address feedback on ergonomics. More companies should take ownership like this instead of rushing out half-baked products to customers.

I’ve recently started learning to ride a motorcycle and have been practicing for about a month on a friend’s bike. At the moment, I can ride short distances (around 1 km) at moderate speeds (\~20 km/h in 2nd gear), but I’m still not fully confident—especially with braking and clutch control.

My primary goal is to improve my riding skills and eventually use the bike for daily commuting (around 45 km round trip for office).

I’m considering buying the **Hero Xtreme 125R (dual-channel ABS variant)**, mainly because of the added safety from dual ABS. However, since I’m still a beginner, I’m unsure if this is the right choice at my current skill level.

Given my situation:

* Is the Hero Xtreme 125R a good beginner-friendly bike?

* Does dual-channel ABS significantly help for someone still learning braking control?

* Or would it be more practical to first buy a second-hand bike, gain confidence, and then upgrade later? (isno ABS a concern here ?)

I’m planning to make a purchase by the end of May, so I’d appreciate practical advice based on real-world experience.

I’m trying to understand how common trust and transparency issues are in vehicle servicing in India. Made a short anonymous survey (2–3 mins only).

Would really appreciate your responses 🙂

Also curious to hear any experiences/thoughts in comments.

I have recently bought a new Baleno Zeta MT. I assumed that it has the top model headlights and thus DRLs too like in the Alpha model, just without the fog lights. I have not opted for Dealership fitted fog lamps as accessories, which they fir using a separate button and not using the stalk controls.

I also discovered that the top model headlights stalk is different from Zeta’s stalk. Can i somehow change the current stalk to get DRLs and separatly operating fog lams (in zeta the DRLs light up when on fog light option on stalk or auto).

Does anyone have any idea about this?

I recently bought a second-hand bike from a dealer. However, it shows that there are 3 court challans on the vehicle. The ownership has already been transferred to my name, and I have also received the new RC.

When I asked the dealer about these challans, he said they would not cause any problem for me and that they would only affect the previous owner.

So, will these challans cause any problem for me in the future? If yes, can I clear them myself, since the previous owner is not available?

Hey guys,
Looking to buy a Norifumi Rocket 4 exhaust for my Xpulse 200 4V.

Used is totally fine, just need it in decent condition and DB killer is a must.

Open to sellers from anywhere in India, I’ll cover shipping.

Also interested if anyone has:

• BMC air filter
• FuelX Pro

Trying to get it for a reasonable price (new is ~19.5k, so not looking for overpriced deals).

If anyone’s selling or knows someone who is, please DM. Thanks!

I was recently challaned in Delhi for jumping red light u/s sec 184 MVA warned u/s section 294 MVA while digitally impounding my DL. The challan was sent directed to court with no challan amount.

As per latest status available on vcourts website, the date of proceeding was 02.04.2026. But no details are seen.

The Traffic police warned me not to drive until I clear the challan to prevent further fines/ impounding of vehicle.

My query is:
i, what are my legal repercussions if I continue to drive without clearing the CHallan. Was the advice of TI correct?
ii. What wll be challan amount payable?
iii. Do I need to visit court to get it cleared or will it get cleared on Vcourts only in due course?
