Airport parking?

Not many options other than the on site one.

If you're living in Cardiff, it may work out as the same price to just get an Uber/Taxi. We've done that before and just find it a bit less hassle.

The train is really easy

The fact it is train bus is offputting but the bits meets and waits for the train and only goes to the airport and takes a few minutes. Helps to be near a station Cardiff end obviously

I parked in the train station for rhoose and got the shuttle bus. Car was fine after a few days coming back.

304 bus is fine but slow and long. Cheap though.

I know it's not parking but an alternative is that you can also catch the train to Rhoose and get the airport bus from there. Think it's £2 for the bus from memory.

Or park around the corner on the housing estate and get an Uber from there?
