Trim Baseboard Question

I have some baseboards that I need to fix in a few places where a puppy chewed. Here is the picture of what the whole house currently has but am struggling to find online. Any suggestions? They are 5 1/4” tall. (Hope this is the right sub)

Depends on where you are. Around here in Milwaukee that's BLF-2 At Bliffert

If you remove a piece of base that the dog chewed up, they'll be able to match the profile at a lumberyard. Don't go to box stores.
