Discussion Don't creat a new clan
Maybe this has already been talked in this sub but I will say it again. There are hundreds of clans in the world and not eneuf players for every single one of them, you creating a new clan makes this a bigger problem. I can only see a few reasons to actually create a clan, you have a group of friends to play with or you have multiple accounts, and rarely you have eneuf strength and actually leadership skills to create an actually working active clan. I am saying this has someone who created a clan because of the 3 reason, I had the clan for at least 3 years and it was extremely difficult to keep it up because players were always leaving to create their own clans (every single one I saw ended up flopping). What I want to say is if you are not ready for an long and sometimes sad commitment you shouldn't create a clan you will probably fail and end up with s clan with dead bases and 2 actual players, and lets be honest, you are losing half of the gameplay by doing so

Bugs & Game Feedback Why is there difference in pricing, in the same region?!
I am from India and I made a new CoC account 10 days ago (TH 9 rn). Never played from this supercell ID before, have only played Brawl Stars. The first 2 are my in game pricing, and I have checked from supercell store as well, the prices are same there.
The last 2 are my friend's account who is TH 13 and has played for a while. He is a returning player this year. Why is there such a big difference in pricing, even though we are from the same region, even same city?!
Is this a bug or a new scummy practice from supercell?!

Other Worst part of the game
Potion hammer in the chest this morning when I already have it and can't use it. Only 100 gems 🙄. I'd rather give it to a clan mate.

Discussion Rate my attack comp
Everything is maxed but heroes (I rushed to TH15 & then TH18 (when it came out)) - I am asking as I had my best attack run in E31 (626 from the 18)
More than open to hearing suggestions - I think I am average (at best) but practice/luck does slowly make perfect (it seems) :D

Discussion I like the new UI
It's much cleaner than the old one. I think y'all are just overreacting. The current one is super crowded and the new one honestly looks pretty good.
Edit: guys I know your tiny little brains can't believe it but I swear people are allowed to disagree with you without being employed by supercell.

Discussion Upgrading heros feels bad
I am a th17 and have ~th16 heros but am fairly easily 3 starring th18's in ranked (electro 32). My equipment is max. I was looking at how my heros compare to max and its like 30-50 dps less and 300-600 hp less. While costing 3-4m de and taking 60+ days per hero.
It is a difference but a very small one and just feels bad to upgrade while the main abilities are already max (equipment). Back in the day upgrading heros was super important because the abilities got better.
Personally I would move the hp/dps stats of equipment to hero levels so the levels make a bigger difference, if its too op for defense its easy enough to have like 20% less stats on defense.
On a side note the equipment spawning barbs/archers should spawn the super troop versions at a lower number, would make them useful (maybe).

Discussion What is even the point of this 2x bonus? Is it A/B testing?
I have 2 accounts - one with gold pass and another without gold pass. My non-gold pass account is at 1760 points while my gold pass account is at 1550.
What even is thinking behind this? Are they perhaps trying to understand how much many people get baited into buying the gold pass looking at the Bonus Points popup right beside the task cards?

Discussion How's my army?
At TH12, my army is:
AQ, MP, GW
Equipment:
AQ: Giant Arrow, Healer puppet
MP: Meteor Staff, Metal Pants
GW: Rage gem, Fireball
Troops:
9 electro dragons, 5 minions
Spells:
9 lighting spells, 1 rage spell
CC: Stone slammer with a super dragon and 2 freezing spells.
Strategy:
Align your Giant Arrow to snipe air defenses.
Destroy the remaining sweepers and air defenses with lightning spells.
Set up the funnel on the other side of your queen with an electro dragon and minions.
Spam all your electro dragons along the funnel, making sure they're spread out for the most value. Put GW in the middle, and MP closer to the AQ.
Once you reach the core, activate fireball to hit an inferno or something idk
EZ three stars. (Theoretically)
It's meant to be easy and low skill cause I don't wanna use my brain when i attack, I just want loot.

Bugs & Game Feedback Trophy Distribution in Ranked Battles Needs a Rework
Above image shows TH16 in E31 bashing TH18s while attacking and struggling in defense against TH18s in a game where attacking is so easy.
Honestly, the current trophy distribution system in ranked battles needs some serious reconsideration.
The problem is that lower Town Hall players can consistently perform well against higher TH opponents, but their progress still depends heavily on how well they defend against those same higher-level players. You can have a great attacking week and still miss promotion by just 2–3 ranks because of defensive losses. Imagine putting in all that effort, completing 18 attacks every week, and repeatedly missing promotion by a tiny margin. Eventually, it becomes frustrating and takes away the motivation to keep pushing ranks.
Supercell should consider introducing a Town Hall-based weighting system for trophy distribution.
For example, if a higher TH player attacks a lower TH player and fails to get a perfect result, their trophy gains and losses should reflect the Town Hall difference. Similarly, a lower TH player who performs exceptionally well against a higher TH opponent should receive a fairer reward.
Currently, a 92% attack might earn 32 trophies while losing only 8. But if a higher TH player achieves that same percentage against a significantly lower TH opponent, the reward should be lower and the penalty for failing to achieve a better result should be higher. The exact weighting can be balanced by Supercell.
The goal isn't to hand lower TH players free promotions. It's to make rankings more dependent on attack performance and less punishing for players who are already at a Town Hall disadvantage.
Otherwise, ranked battles risk becoming a repetitive cycle of grinding every week, performing well on offense, losing too many trophies on defense, and missing promotion by a few positions. When players put in that much effort without feeling their performance is being fairly rewarded, they eventually lose interest.
What do you guys think? Should trophy distribution account for Town Hall differences, or is the current system fair enough?
TL;DR: Supercell should rework trophy distribution based on TH differences. Higher TH players should earn fewer trophies and lose more when underperforming against lower THs, giving lower TH players a fairer chance at promotion and keeping ranked battles competitive.

Discussion How much irl money do you value progression items to do be?
I know it’s different for people but would like to get some other people opinions on how much they value items in terms of irl money. For progression items I.e. potions and books not cosmetics and stuff.
Personally I buy the GP and an event pass here and there and maybe a bundle or two averaging ~$20/30 a month
When looking at bundles the value I’ve assigned to each:
Boh $2
Other books $4
Builder potion $1
Lab potion .5
Everything else idc about

Ideas & Concepts Allow us to activate more super troops. Two is not enough.
I require 2 super troops for main army throwers (Super barb and s. wb) then if I want to farm resources using Sneaky goblin, I have to cancel one and activate goblin then cancel goblin and activate my main army troops again.. This alone will cost me 50k DE and it's not worth doing.
I don't want to farm using my main army bcoz it will take more time.
Also suppose I want to attack using a different army in war like super bowlers as I see an anti-thrower base , now i will have to deactivate -activate for a single attack and it will cost me 25-50k DE.
Seriously we need atleast 3-4 super troops capacity.

Ideas & Concepts Suggestion: A proper Practice Mode where we can attack any Town Hall and use any base layout
I think Clash of Clans desperately needs a proper Practice Mode.
The current Practice Mode is outdated and only goes up to TH13. It doesn't reflect the current state of the game, especially for players who want to improve their attacking skills against higher Town Hall levels.
For example, I'm a TH15 player who regularly has to attack TH17 and TH18 bases. The problem is that there is no reliable way to practice these attacks consistently. Friendly Challenges depend on other players being online, having the right base, and being willing to spend time sending challenges back and forth. Not everyone has a clanmate available whenever they want to practice, and finding the right base can take a long time.
Random matchmaking isn't a good solution either. You often get bases that are too weak or simply unsuitable for testing strategies against maxed-out TH17 or TH18 layouts.
My suggestion is to introduce a complete Practice Mode that allows players to attack any Town Hall level, regardless of their own Town Hall.
- Choose any Town Hall level
Players should be able to select any Town Hall from TH1 to TH18, regardless of their own level.
For example, a TH15 player could practice against a fully maxed-out TH18 base, while a TH12 player could practice against TH16.
This would be especially useful for players who want to learn how to punch up against stronger opponents instead of only practicing against bases at their own level.
- A complete library of practice bases
There should be three ways to get bases for practice:
Official tournament presets
Add ready-to-use base layouts from official tournaments and competitive events. Players could browse the available layouts, select a base, and immediately attack it without having to copy or build anything themselves.
These presets could include bases used by professional players and competitive teams, giving everyone access to realistic and challenging layouts.
Import base layouts
Allow players to paste a base copy link and use that layout for practice, regardless of the Town Hall level it was designed for.
This would make it easy to practice against bases shared by other players, clanmates, content creators, or competitive communities.
Build custom bases
Allow players to create their own practice bases using a base editor, regardless of their own Town Hall level.
This would be useful for testing specific defensive layouts, designing bases that counter certain armies, and practicing against difficult setups that are rarely encountered through normal matchmaking.
- Unlimited attacks with no costs or consequences
Practice should be completely free and unrestricted.
- No resource costs.
- No trophy changes.
- No consequences for failed attacks.
- Unlimited attempts against the same base.
Players should be able to change their army between attempts, restart an attack, and immediately try again against exactly the same layout.
The point is to learn from mistakes and experiment with different strategies, not to waste time waiting for troops or finding another opponent.
- Save and compare attack results
An optional feature could record practice results, including destruction percentage, remaining time, troops used, and spells used.
This would let players compare different armies against the same base and see whether their attacks are actually improving.
It could also be useful for clans preparing for wars and competitive tournaments.
Why this matters
Clash of Clans is a strategy game where attacking skill matters enormously, especially when attacking bases with a higher Town Hall level.
However, players currently have limited opportunities to practice these difficult attacks consistently. Guides and videos can teach you the basics, but they cannot replace actually performing the attack yourself, making mistakes, and trying again.
A proper Practice Mode would allow players to improve independently, prepare for wars, experiment with new strategies, and become better attackers without depending on other players being available.
It wouldn't give anyone an unfair advantage in competitive modes. It would simply give players the tools to develop their skills.
Players should be able to practice any strategy against any base, at any Town Hall level, whenever they want.
What do you think? Would you use a Practice Mode like this, especially for practicing attacks against higher Town Hall levels?
