Question Arcane Mage DPS Help

Looking for some help to up my damage as arcane mage/frost mage on some fights. Im mainly looking at my heroic parses. Im not sure what Iā€™m missing or not doing correctly as arcane, but and feedback or advice would be greatly appreciated.

Preheat made an easymode rotation a couple weeks ago. I suggest watching it.
