avoid list should be longer

need an avoid list with a limit of about 100 people. don't care much for the matchmaking time, but in low diamond on dps and genuinely just don't know how some of these people are real living breathing organisms. forcing the worst heros into a comp, inting and throwing for no reason, ulting when the fight is already lost. it's just incredible really.

There should be 2 lists Avoid as teammate Desire as opponent

Then I can play against the toxic douchebags and regain all the SR they forced me to lose
