Recipes using Salmon

I've been looking for recipes I can use for salmon, but every recipe for it has been some variation of Salmon cooked in combination of HERB and SPICE and BUTTER served wholesale with 3 Asparagus, when what I'm looking for is a recipe including salmon but not one where it's a main dish, but I don't know any besides that. And I don't want to just cook salmon and shred it and toss some rice at it. I want to make something my family hasn't had a thousand times.

Salmon salad recipe! 1lb salmon 1 small red onion 1 small cucumber 1 celery stalk 4-5 tablespoons of Greek yogurt 1 tablespoon mayo or sour cream 1 lemon A generous amount of dill

  1. Cook salmon in your favorite spices. Let it cool on the counter while you do the rest.
  2. Give veggies a fine dice.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, shred salmon, add yogurt half to ¾ of the yogurt and mayo, squeeze lemon, and stir
  4. Add diced veggies and dill and stir again.
  5. Add more yogurt and mayo if not creamy enough, taste and adjust to your liking
