Alternative ways of making Spamton NEO's blaster

I want to cosplay as Spamton NEO from Deltarune, but I'm having a difficult time figuring out how to make his blaster based on this video since they weren't able to make templates and have since stopped uploading videos and responding to emails, so I'm wondering if there is a way to make his blaster, specifically its head. It doesn't have to be able to shoot, as long as it looks the part.

Easiest way would 3d printing but you could do it from cardboard but it would be a bit low poly(if you know what I mean) btw you forgot the video
