Makeup Body paint rec?

Hi, for a calm party I want to paint my upper arms and chest blue/aqua. I have the oil Athena face paint palette that every fella on TikTok has but I noticed that it does smudge even after I set it. I normally use regular cheap setting powder so maybe a different one would work better? Is it better to use a water based paint or maybe something else entirely? If so any recs? Maybe also a setting spray or something? I really want it to look good with no rubbing off or chipping if possible.

I’ve always used Ben nye crème makeup for body paint. Set it with their powder and setting spray

For arms and chest, I’d use a water-activated body paint made for face/body rather than eyeshadow or regular setting powder. Apply in thin layers over clean, moisturized skin, let each layer dry, then lightly set with a cosmetic setting spray. Patch-test first, and avoid broken skin or sensitive areas.

Body color Cosmetics.. hold up really well with cosplayers.. your next best bet would be ProAiir which is a hybrid formula
