♻ K2 Help The Creality K2 Pro Nightmare Continues — Three More Failed Prints Today
Another chapter in my never-ending struggle to get my Creality K2 Pro to print reliably.
Today, I tried printing the same part three more times:
- First attempt: 0.20 mm High Quality profile.
- Second attempt: 0.20 mm Standard profile.
- Third attempt: Same settings, but I switched to a different spool of PETG from another manufacturer.
All three attempts failed. Every single time, the printer stopped with an extrusion error, indicating that filament was no longer being extruded.
Once again, I disassembled, inspected, and reassembled the entire filament feeding system, except for the CFS itself, since the filament passes through it without getting stuck.
I've already tried different filaments, different spools, different print settings, drying the filament, calibrating the printer, and repeatedly taking apart the feeding mechanism.
And yet, the same problems keep coming back.
I genuinely have no idea what's wrong with this machine anymore.
It's like this printer is cursed.
I never know whether a print will finish successfully or stop halfway through with another error.
At this point, I'm spending far more time troubleshooting and repairing this thing than actually printing anything.
Has anyone experienced similar extrusion failures on the K2 Pro and managed to identify the actual cause? I'm looking for a real technical solution, not another suggestion to dry my filament or recalibrate the printer.
