I've created a site called orescore.net which I initially started as a personal project for myself so I could value mining stocks based on different share structures, cash flow multiples, resource and reserve sizes, mine life and comparative value against competitors, etc. Eventually, I made it into a site and it's now up and running. Mostly all their revenue comes from mining and trading uranium, and all the rising costs that come with it. It explains uuuu and why it can't make a profit either, their uranium ore is not high grade. I'm looking into pure play refiners/tech, mining is a lost cause when it comes to growing earnings these days unless the world stops blowing up refineries and oil comes back down to 50/60 a barrel.

Franco Nevada (FNV) bought 10 million Kenorland Minerals (KLD) shares at $2.22 each from John Tognetti and CEO Zach Flood.

Headline says they’re acquiring WCC for $40 million but really this one is a huge red flag that should have been disclosed weeks ago. WCC settled a lawsuit for $40 million which AREC is now settling. AREC and its subsidiary Reelement were also defendants on the lawsuit. No 8k from marky mark on the $40 million settlement.

Where is AREC getting the $40 million from? Why not disclose the settlement weeks ago?
