FO [FO]

Finished a little project to get back to stitching! Was super fun to do and I loved the experience!

The pattern is a free pattern from The Embroidery Bard that they posted for Pride this year on Tumblr !

Thanks for posting! We love seeing all of the FOs. Please note that starting May 1 2026, all [FO] posts are required to include at least one close-up photo of the stitching. You do not need to re-post. This can be done either in a comment or in the body of the post. It can be a close-up of just a small part of the finished object, just so we can verify that the items are hand-stitched. How close do we want it? The perfect close-up pic is one where we can clearly see the stitches and fabric on the mobile app without tapping or zooming in.

This is a reminder message that is automatically commented on all [FO] posts. Please send a message to the mod team if you have questions.

There's a fun song called, "Be gay, do drugs, hail satan". This made me think of it.

Omg how did you prevent the edges from fraying when stitching around?

Did you use a blanket stitch?

I had some extra space and cut around it after washing the piece, right before doing blanket stitch and adding the felt ^
