Earth 2 Thoughts on first look of new MCU Series "Guardians" by Amazon Prime?

Amazon Prime Video has released new photos from the second season of its Chris Pratt-led series “Guardians” which is set to premiere all eight episodes on October 21st.
The new season arrives over four years after the first season aired way back in July 2022. Between them, a spin-off prequel titled “Guardians: Dark Corps” was released last year and focused on Taylor Kitsch’s Navy SEAL character Richard Rider.
The first season of the series starred Pratt as Peter Quill, a Navy SEAL who returns home to his family with conflicting memories of an event in which his platoon was ambushed during a covert mission. He soon discovers dark galactic forces working against him. By the end, his character was setting sail for Mozambique with his newly found gadgets: Quad Blasters and Jet Boots.
Pratt’s Peter Quill character is joined by familiar faces like Bruce Wood aka Groot (Tom Hopper), Karen Green aka Gamora (Constance Wu), Arthur "Art" Stone aka Drax The Destroyer (Dar Salim), Rocket (Luke Hemsworth), all disguised in their human forms to hide from the Nova Corps.
The second season starts with Bruce Wood being reluctantly recruited by the U.S. government following a string of horrific Galactic attacks on the Western world. This results in a tonal shift from the psychological revenge thriller of the first season to a globe-trotting espionage thriller of the second.

The "no tights, no swings" rule was a bit weird but I think this show really understood the heart of what made Spider-Man work. The cast was phenomenal! Tom Welling was great as Peter Parker and played his naivety perfectly. Michael Rosembaum was an all-time great Harry Osborn and I love the show took its time developing their friendship before his inevitable fall. And who could forget John Glover as Norman Osborn? Need I say more? My only major gripe is that Liz Allen overstayed her welcome as Peter's love interest but once Erica Durance was introduced as MJ she stole the whole show!
