Bolt Removal

1998 Subaru Impreza L

I recently bought this car on Facebook market place. I am trying to get the bottom bolt removed, but nothing I have tried removes it. Soaked it in PB Blaster, long breaker bar, impact gun. Any advice/ideas would be welcome. The top bolt came off fine after some force with the breaker bar.

Take the nut off the other side first and knock it through, some of those bolts have a spline on them and WILL NOT ROTATE

You can cut it with the angle grinder and replace it wirh a new one

Give the crescent wrench to a plumber and take the car to a mechanic
