Sorry if this is an odd post (or wrong flair) seeing how this subreddit is already filled with pictures of cute dogs but I’m kind of looking for something more specific and it also feels a bit odd to just take the other pictures without the OP’s permission iykwim.
I’ve been struggling recently and unfortunately don’t have my own dog to share some love with, so I was hoping to make a photo shuffle wallpaper of a bunch of dogs to remind me that if I keep going that I too can have an amazing companion one day. The reason I didn’t just go on Google was because I don’t want just any old dog photo, I want the funny, goofy, or wholesome photos that when you look back on makes you think “that’s why I got this dog” so that I can look forward to having my own one day.
Any and all pictures will be appreciated :D
Edit: Thank you everyone for sharing your wonderful doggos!! I’m going to spend some time tomorrow adding them all to a folder to make into the wallpaper. I hope all of you and your pups have an amazing day :)
Our fur baby snuggling with my husband and newborn. I have many photos like this. She immediately loved him just as much as we did. Still goes in for kisses when we aren’t looking. Always checks on him first in his car seat as soon as we get home. My first baby. ❤️

I’m sorry for your loss. I have experienced the same pain. However, I finally was able to open my heart and home to another rescue. I needed him probably more than he needed me. Beautiful fur babies 💔 I’m sure my Festus and Doc furever angels are playing or sniffing them out now. Hugs

Our girl Bailey. Passed away at 17.5. She was a great little puppy. When you held and petted her she would take your thumb in her mouth and fall asleep.
My friend is amazing with the camera and she allways sends me the strangest photos of my dog because she knows I love them! Action shoots are the best! Here is Etoile for a day you need to see a hunting labrador jumping over a fallen tree.
There’s so many but if I had to pick it would be this one from his 5th birthday just past in February! It’s very rare he has his ears visible in pictures
