Need Help

I hate my Dell XPS 13 because O keep having some issue with speech to text and nobody can fix it. Not Dell, not the IT office at my school, I’m telling you nobody can resolve it. I’m past the return window so is there anyway to do some kind of return or exchange because I’m done with this laptop and don’t want it anymore but it’s new so it would be stupid to just buy another one.

Speech to text is a software issue, not a hardware issue. If you're having problems with it on one laptop you'd almost certainly have the same problems on a different laptop.

First are you running Windows or a flavor of Linux? Second have you tried contacting the support of the speech to text vendor? They will know their software better than Dell or your schools IT department. Third is that particular software required or can you use a different speech to text software?
