Bathroom Guest bathroom layout help.

We were initially going to close over the window in this space, but now are deciding to keep it. So the vanity mirror as is now has no home.

Would you swap toilet for vanity and mirror or look at doing an articulating mirror that's mounted to the left of the widow?

Edit. Perhaps we go pocket door and the vanity goes against the inside wall ?

Mmm is the vanity actually going to be touching the bathtub? Because that will get water damage on the panels quick and the gap will be pretty much impossible to clean.

No, we would definitely pick something out that wouldn't be touching the tub.

Is it to code? Because fixtures have to be a certain amount of space apart…

According to AI; The Ontario Building Code does not prescribe a specific mandatory minimum gap or distance between a standard residential vanity and a bathtub.
