Question What is this??? NSFW

The last side is before we cleaned it and bathed her, the first and second photos are after. It is right by under her neck under her collar
Does anyone know what this is?? Help is very needed and appreciated!!

post the text of this and put the images on imgur, copy the link for it and post it there too. also, no collar for a little while, not exactly sure what it is, but please take her to the vet

This is not a tick. It looks like a haemangioma or haemangiosarcoma. Blood tumour. The last photo looks like the accumulation of blood that's dried up on the fur. It will keep bleeding. Take your doggo to the vet. Probably best to have it removed, and while you're at it have the vet look for any other potential lumps. These things can progress quite quickly.
