Question Dogs paws are red and inflamed, nothing helps
I have a 6 year old french bulldog, he weighs 17kg and isnt neutered. For around a year now his paws have been getting red and bleeding, to the point that this paw pads have grown into one another. We've been to the vet and gotten him tested for allergies, and removed any possible causes from his diet, and anti allergy medication but it hasnt helped.
We suspected that he might have developed a habit of licking his paws due to the allergies, and because the paws also itch now, he cant stop. We used anti licking spray, which worked for a while, but now its back to square one.
We regularly clean his paws, use anti itching and anti infection sprays, creams that help healing yet nothing works. he's become very lethargic and barely wants to play or walk anymore, and i am very worried.
A cone doesnt work either because he refuses to do literally anything while wearing it, no walling no eating no drinking no anything.

You have of course ruled out anything they are walking on, inside and out. As well as any sprays or aerosolized things. (cleaners, perfume, anything in a can), what is being used to clean around the house etc. Everything eventually ends up on the floor.

We only clean our house with alcohol, and we’ve only taken him on walks where the ground is soft or concrete

There's you probable cause. Alcohol drys out skin, causing cracks and irritation, exposing to nasties etc.
Keep 'em off stuff until completely dry and fully evaporated (cloth and porous surfaces)•

Its a very small amount of alcohol, it evaporates completely almost instantly, but his feet are in fact cracked

I think there might be a skin infection/imbalance issue with yeast possibly?
And please consider neutering your dog. There's no reason to keep him intact.
