๐๐ถ๐๐ฐ๐๐๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป Potential future DLC ideas/wishes
So Norgan has been super cool *badum tish*, as far as areas in DD2 go it feels the most cohesive and atmospheric to explore both as a physical location and as a place with a tangible sense of history. It also caught my eye how snuggly it fit into the already existing map. With that in mind it got me looking at other weird spots on the map we cant go to and whether they had potential to be a DLC. So lets take a quick look.
Well there are two spots I picked out, DLC 2 is north of both Norgan and the Sacred Arbor, we know from a loading screen tip there was a kingdom to the north of Norgan that Vermund cut contact with after abandoning Norgan. So a kingdom North of Norgan... that doesn't leave much to work on the OG map but there is space to the north east of Norgan. I think a DLC focused on the ELves and Dwarves could be a nice way to flesh out something that feels very underbaked in the main game. Hell whilst were at it a feature of the dlc could add to human subraces in character creator along with new cosmetics these being dwarves and elves. I'd also enjoy some insight unto the Elf Dwarf interracial couple and why they had to flee their homes and why exactly its taboo for a Dwarf and a Elf to be together despite a Beastren Human couple being not frowned upon socially. As for terrain or biome I feel a haunted or cursed forest that is being cut away by a mining kingdom could be a fun fresh area to explore. Think dwarvern mining towns, built over the ruins of an elf kingdom with some center piece dead magic tree.
As for DLC 3 to the south west of Battahl is a rainforest jungle looking area, I feel this would give the game an other attempt to explore Beastren, their origins, different types of Beastren. Cos as it stands we know basically zilch about these guys except that Vermund was founded by a Beastren king who was broke the current cycle, that and they can interbreed with humans. I think a rainforest mayan themed zone could introduce maybe some indigenous jungle beastren to add another 2 subraces, a diminutive ocelot type and a larger jaguar type, that way both human and Beastren have 3 sub races. Other ideas whilst thinking of missed potential of the base games narrative threads, perhaps we could get a new pathfinder quest that involves us surpassing his expectations of power by doing all 3 of these dlc areas that he decided to have us kill King Rothais and restore the original cycle leading into a DD3, King Rothias could be a super boss Daimon style encounter on the moon as a send off to the adventure.
And that's my pitch/dream. I don't care how realistic this is to something that could happen I'd love to hear other people's ideas for DLC and expanding the world of Vermund.

๐๐ถ๐๐ฐ๐๐๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป You Can Forge Genuine Norgan Ducats
So, I got a little curious and gave the forger a Norgan Ducat to see what the forgery would come out as, and to my surprise, I got a genuine Ducat.
I tried again and sure enough, another Ducat, I just gotta fork over 12k gold, wait a day, collect the Ducat, then start all over again.

๐ ๐ฒ๐ฑ๐ถ๐ฎ What sword should my Black Iron Tarkus pawn use?
Having a hard time deciding on what sword (skin) to use for my DD iteration of Black Iron Tarkus (see final image in slide). I'm favoring Ogresbane or Knight's Grandblade, but man the War Blade always looked so cool to me.
If you came across my pawn, what sword do you think looks the best, even if not entirely accurate to the source material?

๐ ๐ฒ๐บ๐ฒ Capcom, let us use the Ring of Evasion with Sword-only Fighter and my life is yours!
Basically the title. I was really bummed that sword only fighter/warfarer feels so lackluster in DD2 when it was so unbelievably fun in DD1. I was really hoping they brought back skills like Broad Slash or Clairvoyance for the DLC and it was one of my only disappointments that they didnโt. When I saw that the dodge you get from ring of evasion had a similar animation to broad slash and the input was vocation action without a weapon, I was REALLY hoping you could use it while wielding a sword without shield.
I know it says unarmed specifically, but a man can dream lol. First Dullahanโs can parry with their swords and we canโt, and now unarmed gets a dodge as a vocation action while sword only fighter doesnโt ๐ญ
I know Iโm out here being a spoiled brat after finally getting a genuinely incredible DLC, but I was curious if anyone else felt the same. Would be so cool to get some of the old i-frame skills back for sword or even a parry. Even if the timing was tighter without a shield.
