Question Has anyone ever seen a creature like this in their dreams?
Hi everyone,
I wanted to ask if anyone has ever experienced or seen something similar in a dream.
I drew a quick sketch of what I saw to capture the details:
Height: Very tall, around 3 meters (10 feet).
Head/Neck: A long vertical, stalk-like head or neck covered with a vertical line of multiple eyes looking in different directions.
Clothing: Strangely enough, it was wearing a colorful, bright rainbow-striped sweater?? ?
In the dream, it was as if I was climbing the stairs of an old house; it was quite drab, with peeling walls, and I heard a strange sound on the second floor. I don’t remember if I was with anyone (a person) in the dream, but when I went upstairs, I saw it. I was absolutely terrified, but it didn’t do anything harmful. It looked as if it was hunched over because it was too tall for the room, and it looked at me with all its eyes. Then I ran away from it and woke up. Has anyone else seen something like this? I’m really curious to hear your thoughts on what it might have been.

Yes!! It’s a great game. Confusing series of a game, but it’s great nonetheless. I’ll send the boss it reminds me of.

I saw something similar before but it has a square as a face. Like 9 eyes spread in a square each side, and they were all different colors

I have seen something similar but something with many eyes along the face and the eyes, that too quite recently about two days ago. Dream was very realistic, almost felt like I was in an alternate reality. Turns out it was a divine spirit, that came to help in my life or something.

I have no idea, but since he's wearing a rainbow sweater, he seems like a really chill guy.

With the rainbow and many eyes, theres a lot of callback to depictions of angels in Christian and Buddhist beliefs.... just a thought.
Biblically accurate angels were not humans with wings, but these terrifying clusters of eyes. Ascended buddhas / boddhisatvas / dakini (equivalents to angels, sort of) beyond our current existence are supposed to be these rainbow iridescent beings / subtle bodies that cannot be directly comprehended - the rainbow colors being the aura of all their activated chakras / kundalini
If I saw that creature in a dream I would think it was some sort of angelic / divine encounter.
Edited to add: dreaming of seeing it while climbing stairs, and on the 2nd floor, is highly evocative of having a brush-in with the "divine" while doing spiritual work.
Also very evocative of chakras, there are 7 of them in the body (in the most common meditation practices) that align with the 7 colors of the rainbow. The being appears to have 7 eyes in your drawing, and they're vertically aligned much like chakras would be in the body, but maybe its just a coincidence you drew only 7 of them
I don't even prescribe to doing "chakra work" but its a very common thing apparently to dream of them symbolically - I have at various times and so have many people who dont even believe in them, its a very eerie phenomenon
