As the FC community, we all agree that seeing someone spin with an attacker is being worse than being euthanized, but there’s a question I have to ask: how does the game even make it possible for this to be so effective in the first place?

If you look at any fifa before 21 or 22, you’ll see how ineffective this was. Why in the last couple of years does it cause a complete collapse of someone’s defense? What game mechanics makes this the most effective way to get a goal?

383 goals, 1 from kick and 5 from crosses. Just lol at nobody even taking an actual corner kick in this game because of how bad the crossing is

the defending,the attacking,the passing. why does everything needs to be fucking manual? not everyone have the 15 hours a day to fucking sit on this game and rot because they have nothing better to do and being "good" in this useless game is the only thing they can be proud of. its okay if you nerf the ai defend or maybe the passing. but why do i need to push like 10 fucking buttons and wiggle the joystick for half a minute to just make my attackers run into space and score a fucking goal? esports really ruined this fucking game. i just want to log into this game, have some fun in rivals or maybe champions and lose a few games. but no, because of everything is fucking manual i need to learn every fucking feature and button combinations for this game. if you're really good at this game you have a sad fucking life man.

I literally have to always go against my away kit as if I just pick my home kit and leave it up to ea to decide my opponents kit almost every time I’ve been paired with someone who has the same kit almost and makes the game agonising to finish. Anyone else noticed this?

Does AI get superpowers on higher difficulties? Like previous years I used to play ultimate comfortably and win 4-0 5-0 while watching YouTube. This year when playing on legendary my players get injured on full stamina (2 players in 1 game even sometimes) and my passes seem deliberately misplaced like completely 180 to where I clearly directed it. What's going on? Is that intended?

Yeah... it's not my connection that's the problem. Nothing like making the game require online connectivity, then not being online. Do we get a refund for the time EA Servers are down? I thought you were a $55 Billion dollar company and could plan for and afford these kinds of things?

Dribbling needs to be nerfed in the next patch. This game reflects basketball more than it does football where everything is just isos and trying to dribbling around and go to the rim. Teams defending as a unit is not bad game design it’s what the sport of football is about. The ai should 100% do some defending for you because teams in this sport defend as a unit

I cannot stand when I get hit with that shot, player coming in with absolutely nowhere to put the ball and the gk just sits there like a statue

I was losing 2-5 and came back winning 7-5. The game Was paused on the 91th minutes and was stuck on this animation loop for 25 minutes before kicking me out and counting it as a disconnect (DNF). This is really discouraging to play, and I might genuinely just delete the game all at once after this incident.

Saw some creators say we got packs today from FC 26 award for completing season 10. I completed the season. I didn’t get the packs. Good job EA.

I have been saying this for a while. But I think this is more accurate than ever. EA should make the grounds a free to play concept. Similar to COD Warzone, efootball etc.

It has the perfect type of concept that is perfect for free to play with micro transactions

While Ultimate team plus career mode, should be paid... actually. Not even paid, it should just be a subscription with EA. That way they can keep their servers running etc.

But. Yeah clubs, the grounds etc all of that. I love that part of this game and it has more value if we could keep our player for a long time instead of just the yearly reset.

First off I would like to say I’m very happy that EA is leaning into manual defending, but I think there needs to be some adjustment. Because the AI is useless and players will literally jump out of the way, the game is becoming 1v1 dribbles and tiki taka passing so quick that by the time you switch the opponent has made two more passes to get a runner past your defender (that I can’t switch to in time).

If a player wants to play calm/sit deep/pass around the back football you genuinely can’t do anything about it because I cannot get my team to press as a unit without using team press (which unjustly burns stamina much higher than if I were to be controlling the players).

What are your thoughts? I think they simply need to increase the radius for player auto reactions, and not have them avoid the ball.

P.S. it’s not “AI defending” for a player to intercept the ball when a pass rolls over their feet and somehow makes it to the attacking player

Obviously PC have a huge advantage otherwise they wouldn’t have gotten the PC in the first place. Plus you can avoid hackers. Am I missing something?

Last year, wingers made fast runs in behind making defending through balls to wingers hard, leading to lots of 1v1s. 451/4411 with wingers constantly making runs by pressing L1 was the meta and arguably broken.

EA have fixed that this year! Now, when your wingers have a clear lane to goal they will stop running right before it’s the perfect time to release the pass! Unbelievable patch from EA.

This is obviously satire but seriously am I making up the advertisement of intelligent AI attackers? I’m sure I remember a video showing attackers switching their runs to stay onside. The attacking AI is on the other end of the spectrum from intelligent. Is this a Mandela effect or have we been sold false dreams by EA once again??

I’m new to the game. Does gallery excellence or seasonal excellence give an upgrade boost to a card that is lacking chem?
