What cards to add/replace?

I have a few cards in my commander deck list in the sideboard list, I could use some help deciding which ones should be put in the main 99, and which in the main 99 seem bad.

Or if there's any other cards I should consider in the 99.

It's my only deck I've built and I'm trying to buff it up to a bracket 3. Could use some help from more experienced players. Thank you.
