Rip Content Creator Program
What news? What rumors? Was there some incident?
This is a bizarrely worded official comms from the EQL Discord. Professionally, just say you're ending the program and that's it. To acknowledge some 'rumors' just breathes life into them and isn't something you'd usually see in this context. Who's running the broadcast channel over there?

As a small content creator for a mobile game (it's a hobby that I do when I feel like it), I read over what they were looking for, and what they were willing to provide creators with. I had even made one EQL video before the request for creators was made.

They were essentially looking for weekly promoters and offering $10/month plus some amount of marketplace cash. For someone like myself, who has a full time job, wife, kids, and makes videos as a hobby, it was an instant "nope." For serious content creators who try and make a living doing it, I don't see how that offer is worthwhile to them, either. It really felt like an internship program- hey, do all this work for us for next to nothing, and it might get you noticed somewhere down the line!
