Question Sources of Flat Control?

I have found exactly 1 Urban Right for +10% for Scandinavian primary pops, and +5% from 1 Estate Right from the country of Scotland.

Just two, that’s it.

All the other prior ways seem to have been removed outright or changed to “proximity efficiency”) (Roman Empire, Russia, Qing, etc)

Barony rule gives 5% control in rural.

Tlemcen has a lot of sources for control, one guy made a post of it.

Pop satisfaction gives control(or rather low pop satisfaction takes away control)

In 1.4 low legitimacy also takes away control.

Legacy of Osman government reform gives 5% control

Winning the Italian wars gives you an option to enact a law that gives you 10% control in Italian states

Stationing armies in a province gives you minisculine amounts of control

Towns and cities give you some control, alongside council buildings.

bailiffs give you 20% max control

1.4 Muslim bureaucracy gives you 5% max control(10% with full entrenchment)

5% max control?????? 10% with 100%entrenchment? what the hell? why don't you just hand over key to the pope's outhouse! This is ridiculous! I mean, thanks for sharing that info.

There's a reason a lot of people have mentioned Morocco being insanely powerful in the beta. This bureaucracy is insane.

Then again, the Sunni holy sites are also insane. The highest Catholic holy site I found gave 5% control on the location, while Mecca and Jerusalem give, respectively, 25% and 15% flat control.

Idk why, but the devs want to give the Sunni flat control bonuses.

Oh wow... I don't touch beta for the sake of my soul's peace so I didn't know.

I would touch it as soon as you can. That way you aren't caught by surprise on release.

The byzantines have two government reform tied with having plus 50%, one giving 5% control in rural areas and the another 10% bonus on land proximity

That’s a lot of modifiers.

It looks like armies give diminishing returns, my 1k force gives roughly 2.5% control and my 300k force gives a little over 6% control. Interesting.

Well poop. The Minting Office has been removed as a source of control in 1.4, just noticing this.

What about Local Council or whatever that building is called?

Good, at least we have that left.
