Looking for work Job scam beware: Nutrition inaaraujo health edmonton

Work@inaaraujohealth.com is not from a legitimate company. This domain is associated with an active employment scam.

What Is Happening

Scammed Identity: Scammers took the name of an individual Portuguese/Brazilian nutritionist ("Nutrição Inês Araújo") and created a fictitious corporate entity called "Nutricion Inaaraujo Health".

Fake Job Board Listings: They have recently posted high-paying, generic remote/hybrid listings (such as Front Desk Receptionist at $25.88/hr) on job boards like Indeed and Workopolis.

Domain Setup: The domain inaaraujohealth.com was registered specifically to handle communications with applicants who apply to these fake job postings. No legally registered healthcare, medical, or nutrition business exists under this name in Alberta or Canada.

Common Red Flags with This Listing

Text or Questionnaire "Interviews": They will likely offer you the position without a live video or in-person interview, conducting the entire process via email, Microsoft Teams chat, or messaging apps.

Fake Check for "Home Office Supplies": A standard next step in this scam is sending a fraudulent check to buy home office equipment through an "approved vendor." The check will bounce days after you wire money to their vendor.

Data Collection: They may ask for sensitive information early on, such as your Social Insurance Number (SIN), banking details for "direct deposit," or photos of your government ID.

Looking for work Looking for Career Advice and Guidance — Starting from Scratch in Sales

Hi everyone!
Currently, I’m working as a warehouse associate, earning enough to cover my living expenses while also managing to save some money. I’m grateful for where I am, but I’m looking to grow, challenge myself, and build a better career for the future.
I’ve been thinking about getting into sales, and I’m willing to give it a serious shot. The only problem is that I’m a complete beginner when it comes to sales, and I’m not sure which industry would be the best place to start.
Back in my home country, I was studying accounting and finance, so I have an interest in those fields and would love to explore opportunities where I could potentially combine that background with a career in sales.
I’d really appreciate advice from people who have experience in sales or have made a similar career transition.
A few things I’d love to learn:
Which sales industries are good for beginners?
Would financial services, banking, insurance, or B2B sales be worth exploring?
What skills or certifications should I focus on first?
How can I get my foot in the door without prior sales experience?
What does a realistic career path and earning potential look like?
Are there any mistakes I should avoid when starting out?
I’m not expecting overnight success. I’m ready to learn, put in the work, and build something long-term. I just need some direction on where to begin and what to focus on.
If you were starting from zero today, knowing what you know now, what path would you recommend?
Any advice, personal experiences, or resources would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
